Q: 1. Does the quick release plate work with Arca Swiss style quick release clamps? If not, does B-Grip make a plate that works with Arca Swiss clamps and their own quick release system? I have RRS clamps on all my heads so this would really be a key feature for me.

A: B-Grip does not work with Arca. I actually use the B-Grip cross body strap, and an Arca release clamp attached to my 70-200mm lens, for easy transfer from body to tripod. The B-grip cross body is by far the most comfortable of all I've used. I did buy this belt, but preferred the Spider when worn as a belt harness, and with Spider you can get an Arca accessory plate.

A: The red cover on the quick release plate comes off and you replace it with the bottom rubber piece on the bottom of your hand strap. It's very simple. I think it took me all of a minute to attach my hand strap to my plate.

A: The stud located towards the back of the clamp behind the tension knob is the only one that is removable.

A: I do not know I bought that for somebody else and I'm not even sure he's using it for what its intended purpose was

A: Yes. The smallest diameter the jaws of the Kupo Large Gaffer Grip may accommodate is 1/4 inch. As such, it would be able to support a 3/4 inch foam board.

A: Yes you can use the Savage Gaffer Tape (Chroma Green, 2" x 55 yd) with Savage #46 Tech Green paper.

Q: 10. What is the correct temperature range for this tape? From the description it says the low end is either 31 degrees F or -35 C. Which is it? Is it just below freezing, or is it way, way below the temperatures here in the contiguous 48?

A: I may not be the one to answer that question about the cold factors of the tape, sine I live in Florida, and have not ever had occasion to use it in very cold weather. But, I can tell you it works great in hot weather.
