A: Per SONY (A7S3 manual - page71): • You can use accessories for the Multi/Micro USB Terminal, such as a remote commander (sold separately). Operations with other manufacturers’ accessories are not guaranteed. Compatible with but not limited to Sony cameras that use the Multi protocol such as: a6300, a6400, a6000, a7S, and a7S II Please contact Camvate for remedy under warranty: info@camvate.com

Q: 7. are these handles compatible with the CAME-TV Protective Cage with Top Handle for Canon 5D Mark II/III/I?

A: We're afraid not. This is for select Camvate cages only, it is not compatible with the CAME-TV cage mentioned.

Q: 8. Is the trigger compatible with the Sony FX3? The Ronin works on the FX3 with the Sony Multi cable, so the protocol appears correct. But another user in the questions on this handle says it is not working with their A7SIII. What does the manufacturer say about A7SIII/FX3 compatibility?

A: No. The unit will only support the following models a6300, a6400, a6000, a7S, and a7S II.

Q: 9. Is this compatible with the Sony FS7?

A: Not directly since there is no left hand side ARRI rosette on the camera. However, if you have a baseplate that has a left hand ARRI rosette, and you add an extension, yes that would work. Tilta Extension Arm for Side Handles B&H # TITTE02 should work.

Q: 10. The spaces between the thumbscrews will work with the smallrig cages?

[5.4 x 4.1 x 2"] Nicer than expected, the wooden grip has a nice comfortable feel while holding it. Screws tighten up nicely onto my Camvate cage. The indent on top of the handle is cut out perfectly for your thumb to rest on. Overall stoked with the quality. 5

[0.34 lb] I just bought it and I've only used it for 3 shootings and I already love it. You immediately feel the difference between recording with your naked camera and with the cage on. The camera becomes more heavy and stable. You can shoot at low angles without any problem thanks to the top handle. It is very versatile. Everything can be reconfigured to use it on the opposite side, except the wooden handle, of course, because it is designed to fit the right hand, although you could get used to using it backwards and grabbing it with the left hand to take advantage of both the camera grip and the one from the cage (which is what I did). You can also make your own DIY wooden handle and replace it. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. 5

[0.34 lb] The side handle for the ZCam is a necessity! This little box needs to be dressed up and this handle is the perfect accessory. Feels great in the hand and very sturdy....and you CANNOT beat the price! 5

[5.4 x 4.1 x 2"] I really like the wooden grip. Much better than cold slippery metal I've experienced on other add on grips. The cage itself is easy attach and streamline enough to allow the camera with cage fit into a large shirt pocket. Hoping to receive cable clamp soon for specific projects. The battery door cutout is well designed. The cage does not interfere with foldout screen. 5

[0.34 lb] Put this on my Small Rig GH5 cage and is sturdy and comfortable definitely would recommend especially at the price since it’s like half as much as the other wood grips. 5
