Use this 24" Teradek RT MK3.1 Sony F5/F55 Control Power Cable 24"from Teradek RT MK3.1 Sony F5/F55 Control Power Cable 24"to connect the MK3.1 receiver to a Sony F5/F55 camera. Design features include two Hirose connectors, both straight-angled. This cable will trigger the run/stop function on the camera, as well as power the camera on/off.

A: Yes it will. This baseplate will work with just about any camera but they optimized the size/height to fit the C200/C200B/C700 really well.

A: The information we have says that Anton Bauer Gold Mounts (and by extension their P-Taps) will have a maximum current drew of between 7 & 10 amps

Q: 7. Can I use this on my RED EPIC camera that has a V mount plate?

A: You shouldn't have a problem as long as you have clearance on your camera to slide on the plate. I regularly adapt AB Gold-Mounts on Litepanels Astras as well as on the M?VI Controller.

Q: 8. Will this work with the Sony Venice ?

A: Yes, since the the Sony F5/F55 have the same 4-pin Hirose port as the origional Venice, the Tilta Nucleus-M Run/Stop Cable for Sony F5/F55 Cameras will work with the Sony VENICE 6K Digital Motion Picture Camera (BH #SOMPC36101).

Q: 9. Would this also work on the Sony FX6? I know Wooden Camera has one that is more tailor-made for the FX6 but I would like something I could use on both cameras until I'm able to afford a separate baseplate for the FX6. Thank you!

A: Yes. The following base plate would adapt nicely to you unit.

Q: 10. Does this EVF work with Sony FX6 and FX9?

A: Unfortunately no, the Sony DVF-EL100 Viewfinder for F5, F55, and F65 uses a 26-pin cable that does not connect to the Sony FX series cameras.

[0.1 lb] Most people will find this useful for a RED Epic or dragon, since most of those are set up with V mount batteries. It's cool to when using the f5 or f55 because you can get away from using the proprietary Sony battery system. Being a first Ac and Steadicam operator, I find that Gold mount batteries such as the anton/bauer line lock in better. To each their own, but here are some of the benefits I found: You pick up some extra DTaP ports to plug in more accessories with this adapter, and it will also extend the battery out from the camera about an inch which can help to better balance the rig front to back. 5

[23.6" (60 cm)] This plate works very well. it's like it's not even there. This is my second try. The first was an off name brand and broke before the first job. 5

[23.6" (60 cm)] I use this on my Sony PMW-F5 to adapt my Anton Bauer G-mount Dionic 90 batteries. The adapter is sturdy and doesn't flex in the V-mount. I wish there was a bit more metal in its construction, however, but the trade-off would be additional weight, so I am satisfied. If you need more power output flexibility, I would suggest the Switronic JetPac. 5

[0.1 lb] Installing this cable protector has meant I no longer worry about the possibility of cable snapping the connector off whilst attached to the camera. Safe and sound now both in the case and on set. 5

[23.6" (60 cm)] I am using this without a top plate, which apparently you can use with or without. It fits perfect, is not excessive in size, and perfectly protects the cable without making it harder to remove! 5
