A: Yep, you'll be able to do repeatable motion for video compositing work - the Genie II Pan Tilt would be best for this as it'll also be slightly more stable, but the Genie Mini's should also work fine.

Q: 5. Can this be used for gigapixel images like what the gigapan does?

A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not specify the specific function of gigapixel imaging support and we're unable to confirm if this function can be achieved on the Syrp.

Q: 6. Assuming two tripods are always required for elevated use, does each end of the track come with mount points or would a different track be required?

A: There are a few mounting points along the track. It is difficult to see in the photos but you have 3 mounting points for tripods on this set up.

Q: 7. Does it have an angle adjust pad?

A: No, the Insta360 Magnet Pendant for GO 3 does not have an angle adjustment pad.

Q: 8. Is there a way to wirelessly control the RS3 Pro?

A: No, the CineMilled NODO 2-Axis Inertia Wheels Kit does not support wireless control of the DJI RS 3 Pro Gimbal Stabilizer. There are however other ways, to wirelessly control the RS 3 Pro, such as using the Force Mobile feature, which allows a smart device to control the tilt and panning of the gimbal.

A: The Hikvision Outdoor Pendant Cap (BH #HIPC140PT) includes a female to male G1 adapter.

Q: 10. How do I charge the pan and tilt head? Everytime I plug it in to charge it just turns it on. I can't get it to turn off when plugged in. While it is on it doesn't charge my battery.

I bought this and the Hikvision DS-2CD2723G1-IZSnd. Easy install for a Multifamily project i was wrapping up. I had a different model but it got water damage due to rain, hope this one can survive the elements. 5

I bought 2 new cameras and needed this to mount them. Thankfully this will fit older wall mount kits from older axis dome cameras. Just unscrew the old Pendant kit and replace it with the new one and mount your camera. 5

This fit my AXIS camera perfectly and makes the camera mount look much cleaner. We paired this with a wall mount and a pole mount kit. Worked just as we needed it to. 5

I was very happy to find out this pendant kit fits on the older Axis wall mounts, specifically the T91D61. Seems Axis is always changing their mounts but as long as the thread size and type remains the same it should allow us to replace old Axis cameras with new ones while keeping the old mount on the wall. As for the performance of this pendant kit, won't really know for about a year. I suspect condensation getting into the camera will be an issue; but perhaps the venting is intentional and will prevent that. I've never had issues with condensation on Axis cameras before so they seem to know what they are doing. 5
