The Dracast Softbox for LED2000 Pro, Plus, Studio Panelsfrom Dracast Softbox for LED2000 Pro, Plus, Studio Panelsis a modifier that blends the fixture's LEDs into a single light source while taking the edge off, and renders a soft, flattering, quality of light. The softbox comes with a mounting frame that slips into the LED2000's accessory channel. The front diffuser is removable, if desired.

A: This softbox would generally be used for softening the light coming from a Dracast LED500 Plus LED panel. The light itself can work well to light a small room or a subject at a table, but it all depends on how you position the light.

A: This is for the LED500 Pro it is not compatible with a S-Series light.

A: We do not currently have a grid for this softbox.

Q: 5. Is this not for the Dracast 500 which is square 11x11 (this is 10x10), the Dracast 1000 is 19.4 x 11?

A: This is for DRX1000 Bi-Color and DRX1000 RGB. The measurements of the panel are not the same as measurements that include the yoke.

Q: 6. Hi just I like to know this light work with battery and if yes which kind we can use it for it and this light also compatible on 220V as well or no ?

A: This is a softbox which will fit either the Pro, Plus, or Studio model of the LED panel light. For the Pro line, you must specify which battery plate you want (V-mount or Gold-mount). For the Plus line, it comes with both battery plates, and you can use either V-mount or Gold-mount batteries. A: Claude, Yes, you CAN stack multiple filters. They are thin enough that you should be able to put two or three in there. [Yes] Many softboxes are not well made, and are falling all over the place, and need constant adjustment because the hardware is poorly designed. This baby's hardware was built with lots of thought, build like a rock, and diffuses light beautifully. 5

[2.85 lb] I use this primarily as a softbox and to give rooms an overall overhead glow. Works great and love that it can take up to a 2k. My ONLY issue is not being able to throw a grid on it. I wish there was a work around and not have to rely on McGuyver skills to make it happen. 5

[Silver] Great for mixed digital Stills and Video simultaneously Easy to assemble I use it with a hot Tota light by Lowel Dark blanket allow significant light modification for overhead or perpendicular horizontal planes. 5

[Silver] I'm both a professional photographer and cinematographer and I bought this originally for location video work. The output is incredible (My meter reads f-11 at 1/50 of a second at ASA 400 from 4' away.) The large source produces a much more pleasing light than smaller source led's just by the size and I was able to fake a chimera (strobe-based softbox) on it and it looked amazing.The dimming is accurate and flicker-free and the color is near perfect (certainly better than any other LED I have used) It only weights 10 pounds and while it's large, the quality of the light makes it worthwhile for me to take it on location. It's also powerful enough to use for still work, similar to how you would use a kino - but def requires some opal or tough spun to soften. Also their customer service is the best - No complaints! 5
