This item was back ordered or never came to ship. I bought a replacement but its smaller. The photogenic softbox is large rectangular with silver or gold or white inside and has another soft diffusion square that can be velcro to the front between the flash bulb and subject making it a reflector and a softbox at tgd same time. I go to the site and they want to sell a new one. I will not buy again from them if i cannot fix what i already have!

A: Unfortunately, Photoflex does not offer their softbox replacement rods with a bungee cord inside. Chimera is a brand that does, but their rods do not fit Photoflex softboxes. A: You would need to ask Profoto. The Photoflex grid has velcro all along its outer edges. If the outer edge of the Profoto soft box accepts velcro attachments, then the Photoflex grid might work on it.
