A: It appears to be really close when visually compared to my gray card. I will say though, I've been getting a bluish / purple tint on the background in my images, which I have to remove. Doesn't matter what I light it with or what the background exposure is, and you don't see it with the naked eye. Haven't had a chance to figure that out yet.

Q: 9. I've purchased this. It seems to be photographic so blue. Using two strobes: Photogenic C4-12C Color Corrected Flash Tube. Should I be doing something different?

A: You may want tweak your white balance and or check the color temp of your Photogenic's.

Q: 10. Could this be cut down and used in the filter stage of a darkroom enlarger to reduce exposure?

A: Yes, the Rosco E-Colour #211 ND .9 Filter (21 x 24" Sheet) could be cut into smaller pieces and used in other contexts, like a darkroom enlarger.
