Put together with lighting experts in mind, this PortaBrace Gaffer Tape Belt Double Pouch Kitfrom PortaBrace Gaffer Tape Belt Double Pouch Kitis a hands-free system for conveniently carrying your tools while around the set or on location. The main components are an adjustable nylon belt with four D-ring clips, and a 12" nylon strap that closes via a touch fastener. By attaching the strap to one of the D-rings using its snap hook, you can easily carry tapes and cables around and keep them within reach at all times.

Provided in the kit are two pouches made of 1000-denier Cordura fabric, which can be run through the belt to store commonplace accessories. The large carry-all pouch can fit items like spare batteries or headphones, while the smaller bag is ideal for tools such as screwdrivers and markers. Also included are a carabiner with a built-in flashlight and two rolls of gaffer tape, so you can get started right away.

A: The measurement in metric is 12 x 11.5 x 7.5 cm.

Q: 6. What is the correct temperature range for this tape? From the description it says the low end is either 31 degrees F or -35 C. Which is it? Is it just below freezing, or is it way, way below the temperatures here in the contiguous 48?

A: I may not be the one to answer that question about the cold factors of the tape, sine I live in Florida, and have not ever had occasion to use it in very cold weather. But, I can tell you it works great in hot weather.

Q: 7. What is the size (waist) of the grip belt?

A: According to Porta Brace, the belt can accommodate waist sizes up to 38 inches. If an extension is needed for larger waist sizes, that is available upon request from Porta Brace.

Q: 8. Is the belt adjustable?

A: The belt is adjustable via its buckle and the neoprene material is very stretchy.

Q: 9. Will an 84 x 120 mm filter fit?

A: Pouch is 6mm short. I don't think there will be too much of an issue. However, if there too much of a gap when the flap is down, you may wish to consider this one. Schneider Nylon Filter Pouch - Four 4x5.65" Schneider Motion Picture Filters (Replacement) B&H # SCP44565.

Q: 10. Can work with the orca OR-28 audio bag?

A: Unfortunately, this OR-39 pouch will only attach to bags like the OR-30, OR-32, OR-34, OR-41, or OR-49.

[1.795 lb] So as my headline says, I am not a Gaffer. I’m a journeyman painter with 10 years on the brush. I saw this by chance through another painter on Instagram and knew I immediately needed it. It has done wonders for me on the job site. No more leaving a roll of tape on my wrist all day because I have it swinging from the back of my belt with this amazing tool. Everyone on the job site is jealous and wants one for themselves!!! HIGHLY recommend. 5

[1.795 lb] I absolutely LOVE these things! I always keep 2 in my car (in case one breaks). I personally found it to be way easier to take Gaff tape out if it's over hang (standing) on the spring door/gate, but it does depend on how tight your belt/strap is. If your belt/strap is really loose then having it under hang tends to be a bit more difficult to get out (hard to explain without showing), but that also depends on if it's the 55yd or 30yd 2 Gaff Roll. The 30yd tends to be the easiest to take out. 5

[12" (30.5 cm)] Works great except for larger/thicker rolls. Could use some extra width for larger belts and rolls and it would be perfect. Still, it's the only solution like it. My whole team uses them. 5

[12" (30.5 cm)] The package came on time and with everything except the second roll of gaff tape. I only realized there were supposed to be two rolls while writing this review. It only arrived with one roll. The belt is well built and designed with the gaffer in mind. Everything attaches really securely with a double/triple velcro system. The variety of pouches and hooks are nice. I have used one of these in the past so when it went on sale I took the chance to purchase it and I am super pleased. There are lots of small compartments in the small pouch to stay organized and have lots of tools. The second pouch is large and open to be able to hold a variety of larger things. The fabric and stitching are quality work. I am looking forward to filling it and using on set. 5

[1.795 lb] This is my third one in twenty-one years. After about ten years of wearing it every day they start to look a bit worn, but no seam rips or holes. Getting ten years of practical use out of any product is amazing. Porta Brace is always quality stuff. I use this pouch to hold my phone, flashlight, Leatherman, Sharpie, and an ink pen. The most basic tools to survive any production, and life, right at my side. 5

[12" (30.5 cm)] I use it by attaching it to CB-03 of Cinebags. I am using it by attaching a blower etc. to the attached tape hook. 5
