A: Yes they can be moved within the rack or removed altogether. The shelves are attached using 4 screws - just remove the screws and you can remove the shelves.

A: The included rack shelves can be removed and repositioned.

A: I am very sorry but it looks like we do not have the USB-A splitter. If you are still within the warranty period, I recommend that you reach out to the manufacturer to get a replacement cable for the Thermaltake Massive 14 Laptop Cooling Pad with Dual LED Fans.

Q: 5. does this sit flat or is it raised in the back to sit at an angle?

A: You can use it either way. It has tabs in the back that you can lower to raise it to an angle. It also has two tabs on the top front, that will hold the laptop in place while at an angle. Very versatile.

Q: 6. Is this good for 2U server?

A: It has 27 spaces so I don't see why anything 2U would be a problem.

Q: 7. Does the height of the top handle of this unit allow sufficient clearance for the Panasonic DMW XLR-1 adapter?

A: Unfortunately no. There is no room with this item BH #LAGH5K01C and a GH-5 when paired with The Panasonic DMW XLR-1 adapter.

Q: 8. Is this wide enough to hold 27" diagonal iMacs on slide out shelves?

A: Yes, the Thermaltake cooling pad can also be powered via a USB hub. Please note that the USB hub must also have its own power source.

[Universal] I love the way you can drop your GH5 into the cage and pull it out quickly. I have a second GH5 in a Small Rig Cage. I prefer the LanParte. It is more robust and built to finer tolerances. I like the colour but the matte finish is prone to scratches and it doesn't slide on itself as well as it might. Even though I rarely used the rails, I always use the block because it makes it easy to replace batteries or install the dummy battery. The mounting plate is beautifully made and is much nicer to use than the Manfrotto plate I attached to the bottom. 5

[Universal] I got this when I purchased my MSI Laptop as I like Thermaltake products, a laptop always needs cooling support and and a review suggested it would lower load temps by 10-15 degrees. Thought that might be hype, but guess what? It does. Try it on. 5

[Universal] Exactly as described. Great fit for my 14 laptop. On highest speed, no louder than the laptop’s own fan. Easy dial to adjust the speed anywhere from high to off. If the USB Y-splitter isn’t needed for extra power to the fan, that slot on the fan itself easily powers another USB peripheral. 5

[Universal] Got this because my research indicated this one had good airflow with high pressure. I wanted greater airflow pushed to my laptop. This delivers. Has noticeably greater airflow then my other cooling pad. The fan is a little louder but it really does not bother me. I can also reduce the fan speed on this and at the lowest speed it still pushes lots of air. The only thing I don't like too much is the front edge stops. The stick up a little too high. But I've found that my laptop stay put without them so I just leave them folder down. Very satisfied with this purchase. 5
