The B511A 12MP Hemispheric Network Dome Camera from ACTi utilizes a 1/1.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor to capture video at a resolution up to 2048 x 2048 at 30 fps. It features a 1.65mm fisheye lens with fixed iris, fixed focus, and f/2.8 aperture. Thirteen adaptive IR LEDs enable the camera to capture video at a distance up to 65', even in complete darkness. Additionally, white balance, automatic gain control, and defogging enable the camera to capture clear images in ambient lighting. H.264 and MJPEG formatting maximizes storage and bandwidth efficiency, and a microSD slot supports microSD cards for edge storage.

A: The specs from Hikvision show that the camera should support 1080 60fps. We do not have a way to test this with the camera though. However the Specifications show 1080 60fps is supported when using the Main stream. [56 dB] I had a previous Lorex dome camera and decided to upgrade to this one given its enhanced resolution and expanded field of view. I think it was definitely worth upgrading based on those two aspects alone. Switching out the old one for the new one was simple (it even uses the same mounting bracket/holes) and it was automatically recognized with all features enabled. Very reliable and high-quality video - and the smart detection feature works amazingly well. It's nice to see Lorex finally putting time, effort, and quality into their products. 5

[Fixed] It’s hikvision great camera for not a lot of money compared to axis. The fish eye lense is great and can see everything. Only down fall is that it’s stuck in the fish eye aspect, zooming in is done through software and the NVR software that I’m using blue iris doesn’t support that. 5
