A: Not a pro so I am not sure exactly what you are asking, but it sounds like you want to know if you can adjust the locking knob so that the ball can be rotated with a little bit of force. The answer is yes, but it is a bit finicky and you will find better tension control on higher end tripods. The main feature of this tripod is its portability. Easy to stuff into my carry on luggage and it is still lightweight.

[5.1 x 2.8 x 1"] After debating over the cost of this camera strap, I bought one. I was replacing the advertising one that came with my camera. This is without a doubt the best strap I have ever owned. It is longer than normal straps and allows for over the shoulder hip carry. It will last forever and it is made in the USA. 5
