[V-Mount] I don't want to spend outrageous money for a V-Mount solution. If I did video/cinematography as a pro, then yes. For me it's a hobby. I was able to do some elegant jury rigging, and fit a much less costly, high power battery solution on my BMPCC4K rig, for about 1/5th the price of v mount. 5

[12 to 16 VDC ] I have 4 gold mount batteries plus the dual rapid charger from IndiPRO and absolutely love them. After nearly 3 years, the performance hasn't dropped off and they still hold a charge very well. I use them with IndiPRO's battery plates to power all our Sony a7 series cameras on set since the native battery life of those cameras is a well documented problem. With one gold mount battery I can run an a7s mkII shooting 4K for nearly 2 full days! Definitely beats the days of swapping batteries everytime you cut at the 29:59 min mark. In terms of the charger, it definitely charges the batteries extremely quickly, much better than the travel charger they offer. 5

[12 to 16 VDC ] Been using IndiPro batteries for about 2 years now, they definitely hold up. Consistent power, predictable charging time, weight isn't terrible, gold mount leads are very high end and secure, plate's are just as good as Wooden Camera plate's if you ask me. Use their chargers as well, great construction and work well with their batteries. 5
