[77 mm] Unlike other star filters that provide a uniform more sterile look, this filter provides a softer more natural burst and because the bursts are not parallel, each one varies a bit in intensity. There are times when it also adds an almost prism like effect where it extracts colors from a white light. Sometimes that's good, other times not so much, but the unique look provided is quite pleasant and for the right situation, can't be beat.

[77 mm] I'm a huge fan of using various filters to achieve the photos I want. I'd much rather nail the photo during the photography process than to have to manipulate it after the fact on the computer. The enhancing filer is a must have to achieve those rich earthy colors and nail the photo your eyes really see. No washed out earth tones.

[0.24 lb] Just received my Sepia filter the week of 12/14 and already shot everything that would stand still long enough to get it's picture taken. Love the antique look I get with the filter. Yes, my camera and post production software can simulate the Sepia but I just like the feel of being able to do it this way.

[0.24 lb] I shoot mainly in black and white with a Fujifilm X-Pro2 and have been yearning for the ability to darken blue skies to make the clouds pop right out just like in the old days with a real camera and a piece of orange plastic slotted into a square thingy.� Strangely, the fujifilm digital cameras have built in red and yellow filters but not the classic sky-darkening/coud-poppin' orange.� Anyway, this relatively cheap filter works just great.� And I have so far just left the thing on for general street photography, even when I don't need to do anything with the sky.� The only unavoidable inconvenience is when you have to take the thing off to shoot in color and then put it back on again without leaving it behind someplace or breaking it.� Anyway, a great tool for outdoor b/w photography.� Until Fuji adds the so far strangely absent orange filter to their in camera collection. (My first test photo with it is attached.)

[0.24 lb] Love this filter to bring up the shadows and make the highlights glow. Don’t think that “1” is too strong.

[4.2 x 4.2 x 1"] This is a necessary filter to shoot Tungsten film in daylight. I had a roll of 120 Cinestill800t film that I was shooting in both tungsten interiors and daylight exteriors so I wanted a filter to neutralize some of the color shifts shooting Tungsten in daylight exterior brings.

While shooting tungsten film in daylight settings is able to be color corrected in post, that does equal time + work. Having an 85 filter definitely will speed up the post work flow.

In regards to the different levels of 85 filter, B works great for me. I'm sure the other levels are to taste, but using 85 I didn't wish it were warmer or cooler after seeing the images I got back.

[4.2 x 4.2 x 1"] This filter helps us get the cinematic look we're striving for in many situations.

[4.2 x 4.2 x 1"] You see the picture and think, why is it purple? Buy with confidence because it is not purple. It's super blue. Deep blue, to be precise. When you hold it up to your eye to the light, you'll see it's clearly blue.
