[Aluminum] Very good fluid head, better than expected, and good hard friction on panning and tilting, perfect for what we are doing, livestreaming, using cameras with telezooms and we need precision.

[13.25 lb] Using this fluid head/tripod with a canon DSLR for a variety of projects/uses. It's a beast. Tripod is of solid construction and very stable/capable on a variety of terrains. Fluid head has adjustable drag and great range of motion (90* down) + counterbalanced. More than capable of handling a DSLR with mic, lights, etc. Probably better/best suited for a larger/heavier video camera. Was considering the Magnus VT-4000 but this was a bit cheaper. Probably a bit larger (and heavier) than the VT4000 when condensed? Carry case is nice and pretty rugged. Handles + removable shoulder strap. Interior pocket for miscellaneous items. Shipped with a Styrofoam piece that covers the head and another in the bag to protect the head from impact- both of which I will be keeping to make sure its protected when I'm on the go. Well worth the $. If this is in your price range look no further.

[Yes] This short review is for E-Image EG04AS 2-Stage Aluminum Tripod System, adding this because B&H tends to mix up the reviews across items. 
I purchased this system mainly because I needed to replace some legs. The E-Image GA752S legs that come in this kit seemed solid and I will be paring them with my Manfrotto MVH500AH Fluid Video Head. So far this seems like a sold choice, mainly for my BMCC 6K FF and GH6 rigged up. I feel like this setup could probably hold more weight like a C70 or even a C200. As for the GH06 head that comes with this, I feel like it is NOT fluid at all. I did notice that it loosened up (in a good way) after two days of used as it was very stiff with very jerky tilts. I would have returned it if I was buying the whole system but I was really more focused on the legs for the flash deal ($190). The head works fine for locked down shots. The drop in plate option is good.

[13.25 lb] The fluid head is AMAZING!! This is a professional grade tripod in terms of smoothness. Pan & Tilt are like floating or the head submerged in liquid motion.


Only drawback is the feet have weird rubber 'feet' I suppose so the sharp metal doesn't dig into the floors. Problem is the feed often times lift up or angle up, so I gotta reach down to flick them back into position. Hard to explain, its annoying but a minor pet peeve.

[Yes] If you need an inexpensive tripod that will get you a high high shot, you should consider this one. The head is serviceable and not to be confused with a Sachtler fluid head, but the tripod is fairly strong and with the addition of the crank-up center post, is really just the ticket for those high lock-off wide shots you need when every other camera has someone blocking your shots. Good build quality and comes with the carry bag and the center weight basket.

[13.25 lb] Very tall and solid tripod. Its maximum height is astonishing. Although it can reach impressive height without the use of its column, the gear to raise the column is very well made. If occasionally you need to shoot from high up, this is the way to go.

[Fluid Head] We needed a tall tripod to get our shots above the heads of standing attendees in our auditorium without additional boxes. This tripod fits the bill with smooth, self-leveling motion and a sturdy support for our cameras.

[+90° to -75°] I got this on sale and for the price, the weight of it and the fluid head it was a great deal! I use this all the time while shooting wedding videos. :)

Have a 6D with 70-200 that usually sits on it.

[Aluminum] If your a serious videographer or cinematographer and need a solid deal? no, need to spend $$$-$$$$ on a tripod set up! this is a goto quality tripod, hands down will get the job done right! The head is very fluid, with the right amount of tension, both pan and tilt; made of all metal housing and high density plastic knobs, this guy can take it!
The legs!? the legs are as smooth as a silk dress on a hot lady! durable too, with independent inner leg adjustment The feet are removable and RUBBER!
Awesome extendable tripod handle, adjust to get that sweet spot!
