66cm] I could not ask for a better tripod for the FX6 cameras I own. The Focus 12 red lock is built incredibly well and is light and very stable. I have zero complaints about its operability and build quality. Highly recommended for professional use. You cannot go wrong with this tripod and a bonus it's half the price of the Sachtler competitor.

143cm] Bought the Focus 22, heavy duty legs and ground spreader. The first thing you notice is how robust and sturdy this thing is. The next thing you notice is how perfectly you can dial in the Pan/Tilt drag and counterbalance.

My work is varied from commercials to social media to music videos and this tripod system has already improved my on set workflow.

It’s heavy. For me, that’s a big plus. If heavy isn’t for you I’d still consider a tripod in the Cartoni line because they have a seriously high quality product.

I opted for this tripod over the Sachtler video 18s2 and O’Connor 1040 and I am not disappointed.

80cm] I use this camera for my Canon C70 set up. It's perfect with smaller kits and is perfect size and weight for travel. The head is very very smooth.

[2 Stages] This head was purchased specifically for use on an older tripod to mount my older model Orion ST 80 refractor. The single handle tension works well and allows just the required amount of tension when using this scope for low power sky sweeping. It is very smooth in both axis. At higher magnifications, it does slip a bit but is much better than the head it replaced.

66cm] I had an older Cartoni that had been reliable for years. When that head broke beyond repair, this was an easy choice for replacement. Super smooth movement, and incredibly stable with my heaviest rigs, this is exactly the upgrade I was looking for.

77cm] I use to work with the Focus 101 and this is a slight upgrade to that. Very solid. I needed the ability to use with larger cameras when need so this is a great 100mm option

[2 Stages] Absolutely love the Cartoni Focus 12. It's light enough to carry for long distances, but strong enough to hold a fully built Red or C500. Highly reccomend!

80cm] We ask a lot from our tri-pods and we have been very happy with Cartoni's products.

[Yes] I bought this back when I had a small SLR and have since upgraded to a full field Canon SLR and I Series lenses and this unit is still rock solid. I also love the one control to move the camera and the extended arm allows for very fine adjustments. Also great with my movie camera for all the same reasons. Yes, you must use the lens support and not the camera with heavy loads. I also like firmly, supporting the camera to the mount vs using the quick disconnects. May seem old fashioned but REALLY strong and nothing to slip!

57.5cm] Well built tripod. It's cast iron or steel in places where it matters and thick aluminium elsewhere. This makes it very sturdy, reliable and rugged. I've compared it to some other tripods in it's price range and found that it's able to eat a bit more of those pesky microvibrations you come across when using tele or macro. Also you can pretty much throw this thing around without being too worried about it breaking.It's not a brilliant tripod for all macro work though, as the minimum height is quite high. You can actually reverse the center pole, but the mechanism makes it tricky. Would be better to attach a ball head on the other end of the center pole but i haven't tried it yet.All in all a great tripod for most uses and one that can last from father to son.
