• If the shortest focal of the lens is less than 10mm, there will be no focus issues and the wide-angle adapter should work.
• If the shortest focal of the lens is between 10 and 20mm, a back focal/macro is needed to focus, so you will have to check if their lens has back focal.
• Cavision wide-angle adapters will not work on the customer's lenses with the shortest focal greater than 20mm.

A: I used it on a tamron 150-600 at 600, I never used it at 150mm , also make sure your 82mm filter or adapter is not a wide angle with recessed lip. I used a cheap version of the Lee filter system for the eclipse.

Q: 6. Will this hood work on a Lee 105mm polarizing filter mounted on the 100mm lee filter holder and will it swivel for horizontal and vertical shots using that knob I see?

A: The Cavision LH105P Wide Angle Hood B&H # CALH105P has 105mm threads so it should fit on a 105mm filter ring and swivel. However, we do not see the efficacy of swiveling for it is square and would have no effect on its ability to shade nor does it hold filters.

A: This adapter will increase the angle of view by 30% enabling a focal range of 12.6mm to 140mm. Unfortunately, a quantifiable number for any barrel-distortion or vignetting is not available at this time. Any wide angle adapter will add some barrel distortion.
