[5 x 2.5 x 1"] Shoe adapter is removeable for other uses, I have a microphone on my desk camped on one end with the Impact Atom Clamp with Ratchet Handle, the other end is a mic clamp with a 1/4-20 adapter. Compact and solid setup! 5

[1/4"-20 Male ] This is arm is for pro use and I have no issues with its usability. Please note that the arm are not as lightweight as the other brands. This is only a issue if you are running and gunning, but again quality is close to perfection. Highly recommend this product. 5

[3] I'm using the Camvate 11-inch articulating arm to hold a Logitech Brio webcam straight down over my Roland keyboard workstation (music.) I needed something secure enough and that would let me orient the camera from the perspective of the person playing the keyboard. I attached the articulating arm with a super clamp to the equivalent or an overhead shelf. For something lightweight like the Brio webcam, it worked like a charm. I did not use the cold shoe mount or the connector that came with the articulating arm, so I cannot comment on those. So far so good, I like it. Btw, it is little, just in case you were wondering. 5
