The Stub Mount for Black Arm Dampening System from Flowcine enables mounting through a car’s tow eye bolt. This allows easy mounting in the front of a car that has a tow bar bolt on either the left or right side. The Stub Mount has a M16 threaded part, with two large sized washers that will fit most standard eye bolts for most cars. The Stub Mount is a hollowed out, low-weight aluminum tube with a 2" diameter, onto which you can mount up to two dual clamps. Total weight of the mount is 1.19 lb.

[1.4 lb] I appreciate the washers and long thread for different vehicles. My Explorer has an angles bumper. So, due to the long thread on this mount and the nuts and washers, I can set how far I want to thread in and lock off. Super ideal for starting speed rail off of the front tow thread. 5

[Aluminum] We were in a toss up for a while whether to get the Zephyr for almost double the cost of this, and so glad we went with the AERO. For what were doing: flying the Alexa Mini with CN-E primes and flying Canon C300s most of the time, its perfect. Our Alexa Mini with 24mm Canon CN-E lens, Anton Bauer Cine 150 battery, Teradek 100, and Nucleus M follow focus is right at 18 pounds and feels great. [Aluminum] I have been looking for a professional boom arm for my studio and had explored some cheaper options. They either failed to support the weight of the mic, were noisy, or simply not user friendly - this mic arm has non of those traits. Super easy to install and very quiet. I am sure I used the same arm when working in radio. 5
