Featuring a distinguishing black cap, the CT-LPS-TA5-K Low-Profile TA5F Connector Blackis a female 5-pin mini XLR connector with a black shell and gold contacts. It has been constructed with an adjustable 90° cable-exit, allowing you to use the connector in left or right orientations. For further flexibility of use, the connector offers a cable outlet that's adjustable from 60 to 120° and from 240 to 300°. The CT-LPS-TA5-K accepts cables with diameters up to 3.0mm. The connector works with compatible Cable Techniques cables, as well as Mogami W2929 and Belden 1804A.

A: Unfortunately, Smallrig does not provide this info. The SmallRig Low-Profile NATO Rail is 90mm long and the screws look like they can be positioned over most of the mount length. We did check and it should be about 57.5mm of space where you can position the screws.

[Mini 5-pin XLR] Cleaned up my rig nicely. I like that you can partially remove the caps and rotate where the cable exits the XLR end. Very handle for camera rigging. 5

[0.015 lb] These can make for a great custom cable. But beware you can't just use any audio cable. You need a fairly thin cable without altering this with a knife or a file. With a little filing I personally cram in a Canare star quad Mini... barely. 5
