[Black] I have been using this microphone for about 6 years now - mostly for corporate events / weddings and the occasional narrative / commercial. I try to baby it when I have it stored and when the shoot isn't too hectic but I've definitely abused this mic on some events and it just keeps on working. The microphone is TINY so I just assume it is fragile but I've had two of these and none of them have failed me yet in 6 years. Great mic especially for the price.

[Omnidirectional] I have been searching for a lapel mic with great sound quality that does not have a locking connector for a year. I finally stumbled upon this mic and I'm totally in nerd love. I am the lead DP (Director of Photography) for my production studio with a background in audio so sound quality is incredibly important to me to help tell the story. Pros: It's incredibly tiny which s important when you're filming documentaries and weddings. I use the mic with Rycote undercovers and by the time I'm done, no one on my team can tell where I put the mic, it's awesome. The sound quality is good. I'm sure there are other mics that beat the quality but for the price and ease of connecting it to any recorder (hate locking connectors), it's great. Use: I plug this into the Olympus DM-620 to record the pastor during a wedding. I also have used it for run and gun journalist/documentary pieces when I'm doing interviews or rig work following them around. Cons: This mic is hot. I have to set the recording levels pretty low. Used with the DM-620 though, the noise is barely audible so I'm okay setting it low and then boosting it in post. (I haven't done tests yet to see if just the DM-620 is sensitive and the mic is normal - coming soon) Overall, this has been a great product for the work I do. Microphone Madness, I love you.

[Plug-In Power] I use this for wedding video shoots and I love how easy it is to conceal such a small microphone. Huge benefit in that line of work to not see the cables or microphones. Sound quality is great, not perfectly flat frequency response, but perfectly usable and easy to tune up in post.

[Black] This thing is so small and sounds great. Use it with the tascam dr10l and it definitely sounds better than the stock one. Be ready to lose the windscreen though. I don't really use it because I use stickies and overcovers, but you may want to secure it somehow.

[Plug-In Power] I now have 3 of these mics they work great for interviews and wedding videos. Highly recommended.

[Black] I loved this mic so much I bought two of them! I film weddings and often have to mic the minister and the groom. By pairing this microphone with the Olympus DM-620 I have a low cost, high quality recording setup for use with weddings.

[Omnidirectional] Been using a pair of these since 2015 and 6 years later they are still holding up well. The audio quality is great and the best part is how small it is. If I lose my current ones, I would just re-purchase these again.
