Enhance your professional pursuits or hobbies using the Barksa AY13180 Binocular Stereo Microscope. This tool provides two independent optical paths (one for each eye) for stereoscopic viewing with 20-40x zoom magnification that is ideal for studying minerals, gems, insects, electronic boards, fabrics, or collectibles. The scope offers 45°-inclined viewing, which ensures an ergonomic and comfortable position for your head. Its two 10x widefield eyepieces with winged rubber eyecups have a diopter adjustment to compensate for the different optical strength between the eyes. To help you with optimal working distance for your tasks, the device has a pillar-type configuration, where the stereo head can slide up and down on the metal post and be secured with a locking knob. This configuration allows you plenty of space for placing larger samples under the objective lens. For optimizing image brightness and contrast, you have at your disposal top and bottom halogen illuminators. This scope's electrical power circuit is designed in such a way that it can be powered by a 100 - 240V source.

The housing is made of metal to ensure durability, precision, and repeatability of adjustments. It features oversized knurled adjustment knobs. The wide, flat base can be used with any of the three included round plates (white, black, and transparent glass) to achieve proper sample illumination. It also features two pre-loaded clips for securing your slides or specimens.

Q: 10. Hi.Will these work on a Sky Max 127mm 'Maksutov-Cassegrain' Telescope, as you can probably guess I'm pretty new to astronomy? Brian

A: This Viewer should fit your scope fine, as long as you have a 1.25 eyepiece opening. You might have some focusing issues, which you might need to get 2X Barlow Eyepieces. I would try the piece out first, then if you have any focusing issues get the Barlow Eyepieces.

[10x Wide Field] I purchased this for light astronomical use with my Celestron 8x56 binoculars, and haven't had any issues. The adapter is rugged, lightweight, and very easy to use with my existing camera tripod. I'm pleased with the purchase and would buy it again.

[2 to 4x] These are not military grade. But for the price I'm surprised how much detail I can see in the yard and field behind my house. With in a hundred feet I can see cats and racoons in the dark. Your not going to see much beyond this and I did not expect to at this price. The only problem I have is loosing my night vision due to the bright viewing screen. By keeping one eye closed during viewing helps. Cant wait to use them at the cabin. Wont have to light up the woods with a spotlight to see the deer and bear.

[20 to 40x] This well-designed bino tripod adapter is something I wouldn't have thought to purchase but when I read it was available for use with my

Nikon 10X50's I didn't hesitate to add it to my order. What I like about using a tripod with binos are that it frees my hands for note-taking and also allows me to share with other birders a best close-up view without having to pass the 10X50's around to others which is tricky and time-consuming while each person focuses. Especially, if I am working with children it allows them to easily see interesting sights without hassle.

[Compound] This is an excellent microscope for anyone interested in bringing microscopy to the field. The body is solid and rather heavy, but gives a quality feel. The adjustment wheels do not have any slack, and it is flexible enough in use for you to cheat a little - you can use the stereoscope and microscope modes with lighting from underneath or from above. The light really is excellent and the rechargeable battery has enough juice when freshly charged to last for many long days in the field without weakening noteceably. It mounts on an ordinary tripod. My only regret is that it is not able to magnify 1000X, so such things as identification of fungi based on the shapes of spores are difficult. If you are looking for an easy-to-use microscope and primarily want to use it at home, this is not your best option. That being said I am happy with the trade-offs between portability and ease of use. This is an excellent product.

[Coarse] Solid construction, perfect density, fits tripod and monopod exactly as needed, provides solid attachment to the binos, and surprisingly cost-effective. I expect to be using it for years now; not sure why I didn't buy one sooner.
