The belt is made of nylon webbing and can be folded into a compact size, allowing for easy storage when not using it. [Nylon] I like the Think Tank belt system. The components work. Makes my life easier on the sideline. I debated this one of the more padded version. This is just fine. If I ever feel I need the more padded version I should probably just add the shoulder straps instead. It's true about it not slipping once you adjust it which is a big plus. 5

[0.45 lb] This is a well made pouch that holds my cheap rain poncho, extra battery and memory cards. It attaches to the Think Tank belt that also holds a lens pouch. This setup is used on shorter hikes when a pack is not needed. 5
