A: The Eartec ProLine Single-Ear headset features a female 4 pin XLR connector compatible with Clear-Com beltpacks that have a male 4 pin connection.

Q: 2. This wired headset would be a 9th comm? Assuming 8 more wireless C1 headsets can pair to the C1 hub?

A: Yes, the Hollyland Solidcom C1 Single-Ear Wired Headset can be connected directly to the Hollyland Solidcom C1 HUB Base. The C1 HUB can be used with 8 wireless headsets and one wired headset.

Q: 3. Can the master headset be linked to the Hub?

A: No. The Eartec HUB Mini Duplex Transceiver Base cannot be used with a wireless master headset like the Eartec UltraLITE Single-Ear or Dual-Ear Master Headset (B&H # EAULSM or EAULDM). The HUB can be used with up to 8 wireless remote headsets like the Eartec UltraLITE Single-Ear and Dual-Ear Remote Headsets (B&H # EAULSR and EAULDR), and it also has a connection for an additional wired headset. The master headset has the same electronics as the HUB built into the earcup and it functions like the HUB to control up to 4 wireless remote headsets.

Q: 4. Can I pair this master with my remote HD version?

A: No, the Eartec UltraLite Series HD version headsets are not compatible with the UltraLite Series Classic version headsets. They should not be mixed for use within the same system.

Q: 6. The headset in the photo does not show the “HD” designation on the ear cup. I have two HD units and both have the HD designation. I want to make sure this is not the “classic” version since the two are not compatible with each other. So is this the “classic” or “HD” version?

A: This is not the HD version, it is the 'classic' version.

Q: 7. Will this work with clearcom systems of the same appearance {not the new age clearcom kit}? I'm talking clearcom 601\701 kit

A: Unfortunately the BP-2000 is only compatible with Portacom components.

A: Yes, if you purchase this master headset, it can be programmed to work with your other headsets. Eartec can assist you with this if needed as well.

Q: 10. DO YOU HAVE PARTS EARTEC HEADSET , LIKE MIC?

A: We do carry some replacement accessories such as power supplies, batteries and antennas, however no headset replacement parts are available here at B&H unfortunately.

[20 mA Max] We use this headset to hook directly to a Panasonic 3800 camera, and it's been working great. Our operators appreciate the light weight and good fit. 5

[20 mA Max] This set is much better than the ultralight version that Ear-Tek makes the cabling is a bit larger and seems to handle the day to day wear that the thinner cables in the ultralight version seemed to fail, but this set is still very comfortable and light for backstage wear 5

[20 mA Max] I work at a church and alot of people complained that our telex headsets where uncomfortable after long periods of time. I bought a couple of these and have be very impressed with the quality. They arnt great for moving around alot in though because they can slip off your head because they are not that tight of a fit. 5

[0.435 lb] We use 5 of these for our production team at our church and we have been very happy with them. We have had a couple of them go out because our team drops them or something and a solder bead cracks, but Anchor Audio has always been great and it has been easy to get warranty repair on them. 5
