Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will the TX work with a shure SM63 hand held mic or do I need phantom power? Connecting RX to Sony a7c.

A: The Shure SM63 Dynamic Microphone can be connected to the input on the wireless transmitter for the Godox MoveLink II M2 Compact 2-Person Wireless Microphone System. You can use the Kopul LMT100 Low to High Impedance Matching Transformer (B&H # KOLMT100) as an adapter to enable the connection.

Q: 2. What mics are compatible with SLXD4D?

A: The Shure SLXD4D Dual-Channel Digital Wireless Receiver (G58: 470 to 514 MHz) can be used with wireless bodypack and handheld transmitters. The Shure SLXD1 Digital Wireless Bodypack Transmitter - G58: 470 to 514 MHz (B&H # SHSLXD1G58) can be used with the compatible lavalier, headset, or earset style microphone of your choice and the Shure SLXD2 Wireless Handheld Transmitters are available with a variety of mic capsules so you can select the transmitter with the mic capsule that you prefer, such as the Shure SLXD2/SM58 Digital Wireless Handheld Microphone Transmitter with SM58 Capsule - G58: 470 to 514 MHz (B&H # SHSLXD2SMG). Just make sure that the receiver and transmitters you select are all for the same frequency band. This particular receiver operates on the G58 frequency band of 470 to 514 MHz.

Q: 3. If both transmitters are in use, are their signals separate in the receiver?

A: The Godox MoveLink II M2 Compact 2-Person Wireless Microphone System has a two-channel receiver that can be set for mono or stereo output when using both transmitters. In mono mode, the audio from both transmitters is combined so you hear them both mixed together on the left and right channels (same audio on both sides). In stereo mode, the audio from the transmitters will be separated, so you will hear the audio from one transmitter on the left channel and the audio from the other transmitter on the right channel.

Q: 4. Is the audio quality 16 bit 48khz or 16bit 41.1hz?

A: The Godox MoveLink II does not offer built-in recording, so there is no digital recording taking place in the system itself. The quality of your recording will depend on the specs of the recording device you use with this system.

Q: 5. Are these bodypacks compatible with MX153 earsets?

A: Yes, the Shure MX153 Earset Headworn Microphone is compatible for use with the Shure SLXD1 Digital Wireless Bodypack Transmitters included with the Shure SLXD14D Dual-Channel Digital Wireless Bodypack System.

Q: 6. How many watts does the Shure ULXD4D pull down?

A: That unit does 9 watts of power consumption.

Q: 7. Does this item come with a manufacturer's ( Sound Devices) warranty?

A: Yes, the Sound Devices A20-RX comes with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty with the option of an additional 1-year extension upon product registration.

Q: 8. Will the Shure UA844+SWB UHF Wideband Antenna Distribution System work with this?

A: The Shure UA844+SWB UHF Wideband Antenna Distribution System (470 to 960 MHz) will only work when using three (3) to five (5) receivers from the Shure SLXD14D Dual-Channel Digital Wireless Bodypack System simultaneously with a pair of external antennas like the Shure UA874 Active Directional Antenna (B&H # SHUA874US).

Q: 9. is there a difference between buying this and two single channel digital wireless receivers ?. apart from saving some money

A: There is no difference apart from saving money and space.

Q: 10. Hello, do you have stock of the 208 - 240 VAC version now? And the price of 208 - 240 VAC is also $326.00?

A: B&H does not offer the 200-240 VAC/50Hz version of this product.

[522 to 586 MHz] I have a similar size Rode mic that I love but the last time shooting video with my camera that does not permit me to monitor audio while shooting I noticed after-the-fact that the mic was rubbing up against the performers shirt and I recorded horrible scratching noises forcing me to reshoot my scene. This mic has a headphone jack which allows one to listen to what is being sent to the camera. The quality of the audio was very good and I am delighted with my purchase.

[Up to 12] I've installed dozens of Audix wireless systems in churches, schools and other facilities throughout the Lehigh Valley in Eastern Pennsylvania and nearby New Jersey. Never a hiccup or issue. This handset is almost always a part of the solution. Mostly metal, it takes a couple of AA batteries and runs for up to 8 hours. The sound is great, full-bodied without being boomy and with crisp highs. I can't recommend these enough, they are my favorite wireless vocal system!
