[0.4 lb] I used this on a recent trip where I flew through a small and large airport. I used it to keep my Gura Gear 30L locked closed. TSA didn't say anything about it. There is a little play in the numbers, but it seems to work fine. 5

[8.7 x 7 x 0.3"] Description says what it does. It fits into a center matching hole in front of the Seahorse 230. Easy. Combo lock, since I didn't want to rely on the key locks that are built in to the Seahorse. 5
