[Zipper] I bought Orca-21 bag for my photo traveling and I find that this bag is the perfect bag for me.
The bag is incredibly balanced and protects all my equipment, Its rigid, have a lot of space and pockets for all the equipment Im taking with me around the world.

[Zipper] Well thought out product that is simple to use. I like how it fits everything without being big and bulky. If you want to keep it small and lean then this is the one to go with.

[Zipper] I wanted a bag that would fit the Sony Burano in the basic built-out configuration - with the loupe and grip arm attached, along with a battery and lens. The main goal was to be able to open the bag, grab the camera and put it on a tripod or on my shoulder, power it up and start rolling as quickly as possible.

Buying it sight unseen, I was worried the bag would be too big and difficult to carry with the shoulder strap, but it really is just about perfect, straddling the line between too big to manage, and too small to fit what I need. There are bigger bags that would hold more stuff - additional accessories and what not, of course. But having been a working cinematographer for many years, I was careful to not go too bulky.

In short, I wanted a bag that was strong enough to protect my expensive stuff, but still allow me to work efficiently. This bag was the right choice for me.

The interior light blue color helps to set off dark colored objects, and the included LED light is a nice touch. I do kind of wish the light had a red mode for working on dark sets, but I suppose that's a real nitpick. The side pouches hold a decent amount of stuff. The interior lid pouches do, too, although I'd like them to have independent zipper access - it's just one long zipper, which means in getting to the second pouch, the stuff in the first pouch can easily spill out. Again, a nitpick.

All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase, and I'm sure I'll see many years of good use from this nicely constructed bag.

[Yes] Awesome sturdy Bag! No need to disassemble the rig. Fits the Ursa mini with matte box, shoulder rig, video assist and some room to spare for a lens and small battery. This bag is built tough, seems to be reinforced along all faces and has a metal rail around the sides. Built in light is a handy feature which takes 2x AA batteries.

[8.25 lb] If you want a camera bag that can also carry much more gear, this is your solution. We can fit our URSA Mini Pro on its shoulder rig, along with Canon Cine zoom, UM power supply, batteries and more. This can end up making the bag quite heavy, so the optional trolley makes sense..The bag is slightly over the linear 45 limit for carry-on baggage. It's probably fine on larger aircraft, but on commuter planes or puddle jumpers, it's probably too large.

[8.25 lb] This bag is perfect if you need to fly and intend to bring your kit onboard with you! Its built with an SD Mixpre3 II with a pair of Lectro 411 receivers, BDSv4 and NP1 in the front pocket and a slim Anker 10000 mAH PD battery in the back pocket for the Mixpre. I also have the Cable Techniques MX-POWERSLED so my Mixpre has two independent power sources (FYI the output of the BDS is only 5v and the Mixpre requires 9v through its USB-C port). I also use the
ORCA Aluminum Lift System for ORCA Audio Bags to keep the Mixpre from shifting around and at just the right height for the bag. Since this is a small bag it does not have open sides (unless you unzip them) but I had no trouble routing cables. My boom cable simply comes out of the top which is fine if you have the bag harnessed up! This kit, my traveler boom pole and XLR, mkh8060 mic and Rycote classic softie as well as spare NP1 and Anker, TX's, elements, and ever my boom holder fit neatly into a Pelican 1510!

[Zipper] I bought this to use with a Zoom F4 recorder and a wireless lav and stick mic set. It has just enough room for the recorder, a slim D-Tap battery, extra AA batteries, lav mics, receivers, a couple 2ft xlr cables and a few small odds and ends. I hang the earphones on the strap and the base of the stick mic fits into one of the loops on the bag so it can sit on top of the recorder when I’m not using it. Great if you are looking for a minimal lightweight system. I like the pad on the shoulder strap too.

[Universal] This thing is solid, lightweight, full of professional features, and looks stylish (and does not scream, There's a camera in here-- steal it!) Aluminum frame makes it crush-resistant, easily customizable inside, built-in lighting is BRILLIANT, comfortable handles and strap, water-resistant... this is a unique bag that's simple and fast to use... far better than anything else I'ver seen. The Orca bags are all amazing, and designed with input from professional photographers, cinematographers and videographers.

[Universal] What's not to love? Stylish, water-resistant and waterproof (bottom), fully customizable insides, padded, plenty of roomy external pockets for cables, media, card readers, batteries, chargers, and personal items (handy as carry-on which I use it for.) Great zippers.
Very robust. Very breathable when wearing.

I carry a Blackmagic Design PCC6K with three XEEN lenses, a 5 monitor mounted to the camera, 8 batteries, two chargers, cables, and lots of room for everything else.

Oh yeah-- the inside of the zippered lid is padded and holds my MacBook Pro, a notepad, and DSC Labs ChromaDisk.

Carry-on compliant (will fit under a seat-- snugly-- and in overhead compartments.)

I have many ORCA bags and cases, for lights, cameras, and accessories. They consult with actual, experienced filmmakers: cameramen and sound mixers-- for strategic input when designing their products. And it shows. Easily my favorite for design and function. Highly recommended.
