I have called Kensington Support and all they could suggest was to put new batteries in the Expert Mouse, of course that made zero difference. I have been a USB Expert Mouse Trackball user for over 10 years but this model does not work right with Mac's. The Trackball software and Expert Mouse are flawed, don't waste your money.

A: Hello. I know, it seems that turning the mouse 'ON' and flipping the switch to 'Bluetooth' would be all that you need to do to pair. However, you also need to hold down all the mouse buttons, simultaneously, for about 3-5 seconds. After that, a blue light will start flashing near the bottom of the mouse, and the entry Expert Wireless TB should show up in your available Bluetooth devices list for pairing. There is a very poorly designed, and difficult to read, graphic on the bottom of the mouse illustrating this. Good luck pairing.
