The AXTON Blaze AT-56WE-S 420' PoE Illuminator Day/Night Sensorfrom AXTON Blaze AT-56WE-S 420' PoE Illuminator Day/Night Sensorsynchronizes with your camera or other system device to provide light automatically. Pulsed mode allows syncing with a camera shutter for industrial, machine vision, and ANPR/LPR applications. The illuminator transmits 6000K white light to a range of 420'. The illuminator is IP67 rated and vandal resistant, receives power via PoE, and includes a pan/tilt U bracket for simple installation. You can link multiple Blaze illuminators together to increase coverage.

A: Sorry you can't use any filters with the Night Owl Optics iGen 20/20.

A: Three answers already submitted confirm that it has an RCA connector for video (and if the video has still image capture) then it will do that as well. I have not tried it but plan to ----John

A: Not this version. There is a more expensive version with SD card socket that can take photos and vga video. You need to use an RCA cable to transfer image into a capturing device if you buy this version.

A: None. You cannot change lenses.

Q: 7. Is there any sample footage available online?

A: We do not have any sample video on our site. However, a Google search for Sony BRC-X1000 video sample reveals links regarding the camera. We cannot vouch for these independent videos however.

Q: 8. Does the IP-10 controller work with the BRC-X1000?

A: This camera will output 4K through its HDMI output. You can also use the two 3G-SDI outputs to create a Dual Link SDI for 4K as well, which tends to be a connection found on captured devices more so than switchers. If you have a Switcher with SDI inputs for 4K the Blackmagic Design HDMI to SDI 6G Mini Converter, B&H # BLCOMBHS24K6, is a good option to bring the signal in. https://bhpho.to/2EOui4q

Q: 10. does this camera require shielded CAT6 or higher?

A: You will need to use Cat 5e or higher rated cables. Using Shielded cable will be a good idea for installation purposes, but not necessary.

[IP67] The Axton AT-25S flood illuminator is exactly what I needed. My cameras with built in IR illuminators would attract insects to the cameras themselves which triggered motion events and alerts at night constantly. Rain also would trigger events on some cameras due to IR reflection off of rain droplets. I mounted the Axton illuminator between and above the cameras so insects would be attracted away from the cameras. The 150 degree pattern is great. I am ordering a second one to flood the other side of the house now. 5

[PoE++ (802.3bt)] I did quite a bit of research before making this purchase. I used NVGs and other night vision devices when I was in the U.S. Army. The Axton products are military grade and built like a tank with a lifetime warranty to boot. Plus, they provide world-class customer service. I'm very pleased with my purchase and it is worth every penny. 5

[PoE++ (802.3bt)] Added this for my License Plate Camera and it is better than expected with a focused high intensity IR light that reflects off of plates making all plates at night easily readable. See attached photos and note emitters are red and visible just hard to photograph. Also have 2 other Axton IR emitters for the front yard that replaced some cheap IR emitters. The difference in coverage, distance and even spread is night and day. 5

[6000K] I had my doubts about this unit when I took it out of the box because of the size, but I was blown away when I saw the images on the cameras afterwards, totally worth the investment absolutely amazing.!!! Truly Night & Day 5

[60 x 30°] I purchased a few inexpensive illuminators to experiment with and am now replacing them as they burn out. They seem solidly made and provide a lot more light. They also offer a lifetime warranty. There are no intensity or beam pattern adjustments that I can see other than pointing. So its point and shoot. 5
