[V-Mount] Be sure you have a battery if you want to use it without a power cord. It doesn't come with either one.

[V-Mount] We've only used the lights twice, both times for an interview. Once we used outside with a battery. but were easy to use, and with dials, etc great to set. My only suggestion would be for a better caseboth for single light and the two-light package. Also, be better if power supply had a longer cord.

[V-Mount] I use this for night photography with their Red filter (B&H # FEAOFSRD) in order to save my night vision. Works great at 14 Lumens. When needed there is more power than i'll need. perhaps enough for light painting..but I haven't used it for that yet. I was surprised that it didn't have a focus adjustment, however, after using it I don't think it is necessary. the light is round and fairly smooth at all powers. For me the best feature is the ability to set the power you want with the front switch and have it remember that until you make the change change. Previous review wondered why the didn't include a wall charge. Any charger with a USB port (computer, iPhone, Garmin etc.) works fine and I have a whole drawer full of those. Heck, my car even has a USB port. BTW the red filter mentioned above does not say it fits this flashlight, however it is a perfectly snug push on fit.

[V-Mount] It arrived on the scheduled day and it works with the product I have. Very happy with the flexibility it gives me now.

[V-Mount] I bought two of these to use for sit-down interviews. Love the weight! Love the color control! Love how I can run them off my Anton Bauer Dionic batteries! Love the quality of the build! I added a Photoflex swivel head so I could hang them better off of my C-stands. It still kept the total price to buy two of them well below what I would pay for comparable LED light heads from other manufacturers. I'm a network level freelancer who also keeps a firm eye on my bottom line equipment budget. I don't want to spend money on something that does not live up to the sell or something I don't really use all the time. This light head exceeded all my expectations. The included diffuser makes the light very even. To be honest...I'll never use the remote control. It seems a little cheap but...what remote control today doesn't? However the light head itself, especially the barn doors, are surprisingly solid. A friend of mine who works for CNN was using one. That's where I first saw it and he raved about it Another network buddy of my has a comparable sized Flo Light. Their barn doors are not as well built and the purchase price for his were well above this one. I preferred saving a couple of hundred dollars getting these! If I make one recommendation...get the Photoflex swivel mount so you can fly/mount these lights on a stand better. Otherwise the yoke mount limits you somewhat. But that is the only minor negative worth mentioning. Solid construction while keeping total weight to a minimum! Great for today's traveling professional!

[V-Mount] very flexible, although somewhat weak compared with other LED's I used, will have to buy the 1000 LED version soon.

[V-Mount] Hey. Had a green screen project that had tight timelines and budgets. I couldn't afford waisting critical time cleaning up messy keys in post. The guys at B&H recommended I buy a pair of IFB576-S to light the Green Screen. The lights controllable features worked beautifully. So much so that, even the basic Green Screen Key filter in Final Cut keyed cleanly. Thanks guys!!

[V-Mount] These IKAN lights are great, small but very bright. Very nice to be able to change color temps to match shooting locations. And the ability to use my camera batteries to power them makes field production a breeze.

[V-Mount] purchased for a light for my workbench and it works great.

the standard output brightness is just right for looking at small things in front of me. and there are different modes if i want to change things up.
robust build quality is also nice.
