[0.25 lb] Using it to connect my old Nikon SB-28 flash to my Canon 5D MkIII for macro photography. Hand holding flash off-camera in manual mode for dramatic lighting. Enough light to use Canon 100mm macro lens at f32 and 1/180sec (on tripod to retain focusing distance) to stop action but get good depth of focus. 5
