[0.25 lb] Using it to connect my old Nikon SB-28 flash to my Canon 5D MkIII for macro photography. Hand holding flash off-camera in manual mode for dramatic lighting. Enough light to use Canon 100mm macro lens at f32 and 1/180sec (on tripod to retain focusing distance) to stop action but get good depth of focus.

[0.25 lb] This simple cord allows me to use my old Yonguno ring flash (with Canon hot shoe fitting) on my Sony a7Riv. It won't permit ETTL, but working manual flash mode for macro is fine with me.

[5 x 3.5 x 1.5"] After Paramount called it quits, I couldn't source these easily. They're great at what they do, and also just as good for making your own PC adapters, when necessary.
Good quality cord, wires and contacts. Price is right, too!
