The Leatherman Charge+ TTi Multi-Tool features stainless steel construction with a stainless finish and 19 tools including the following: 2.9" S30V straight and 420HC serrated blades, five screwdrivers as well as two sets of pliers, replaceable standard and hard wire cutters, a wire stripper, and riveted titanium scales. When opened, each tool locks into working position. Leatherman has included built-in and removable lanyard rings, as well as a replaceable pocket clip to keep the TTi within arm's reach.

The black ballistic nylon sheath has pockets for bits and other small items and features a tight-closing metal rivet snap and the Leatherman logo. The Charge TTi is assembled in the USA.

A: My apologies I am not sure about a Spring/Wire Coil. The Manufacturer does not list this as an added on piece.

A: No, you can choose a Leatherman that already has a scissor included.

[Stainless Steel] I was carrying a Buck 110 and a Rebar knifeless because I haven't liked the knife blades on my two prior leathermans. I got this P4 based on Clay Hayes' review. It's a good blade. The ability to one-hand the tools is great. Takes practice but not too much. Good scissors and pliers, and I like the box cutter Amazon boxes. 5

[1.03 lb] Nice addition to the regular Rebar, no knife/blade make it more useful for travel when blades are prohibited, airports, some workplaces etc. Addition of scissors a nice extra. Ideal size for everyday use. Great service with B&H as well. 5

[Stainless Steel] I have three different Leatherman Multi-tools. They are all great tools, but the P-4 is the most practical for every day carry. It has all the basic tools needed, is lightweight, and can be opened with little effort. 5
