The Vanguard QS-60 V2 Quick Shoe Release Platefrom Vanguard QS-60 V2 Quick Shoe Release Plateis an Arca-type compatible plate designed to fit the Altra Pro 2 / 2+ heads. It attaches to a camera via 1/4"-20 screw, and anti-slip pads, which are located at the top of the plate, prevent the plate from twisting while mounted to the camera.

[6.3 x 4.3 x 1"] I originally got this quick shoe release plate with my Vanguard Alta Pro tripod and the BH-100 head. However, I just bought the RRS BH-40 head, and this plate works perfectly on it. The size of this plate exactly fits the rather small little tripod foot on my Sigma 150-600C and it fits nicely into the BH-40 without hanging off, so it's exactly what I needed for my new gear. Unlike many other plate designs, I much prefer to have the attached D-ring to tighten the screw...can't get lost! 5
