The 15" High-Bright Teleprompter & Hard Case Kitfrom 15" High-Bright Teleprompter & Hard Case Kitis a 15mm rod-based, tripod-mount system featuring a durable all-metal design for reliable use in the studio or in the field. The included monitor of this high-bright version has a 1000 cd/m² brightness, which allows for clearer visibility outdoors. The monitor has a sharp resolution of 1920 x 1080 and offers composite BNC, VGA, and HDMI inputs. Designed with flexibility in mind, the prompter's camera baseplate supports a wide range of cameras from small DSLRs to midsize camcorders

This robust teleprompter features a folding frame with an integrated 70/30 beamsplitter glass. The frame is adjustable via a rosette mechanism, which is one of the more dependable types for use over time.

The prompter assembles in just a few minutes and offers a 20' reading range. A free Windows and Mac compatible prompting software is downloadable from the ikan website. The prompter and all accessories come in a custom storage foam that can be used as is or fit into the optional ikan PT-CASE Rolling Hard Case for convenient travel.

[10 W] The flex plus high bright model we got has side inputs in the monitor so attaching the HDMI and SDI cables was easy, not sure how anyone would have issues with this. Love the folding hood and removable back sled. We can swap it from a regular teleprompter to a freestanding teleprompter. For the price it's well worth it, the only complaint I have is the software is a bit dated, but at least the software as included for free. 5

[12-24 VDC] After I posted several reviews here Ikan connected me directly to assure me of a couple things. They are going to change the image associated with the 19 inch and they are working to certify the glass/beamsplitter. When a manufacturer calls me and listens I pay attention and feel better about the purchase... Ignore the previous posts. 5

[15 lb / 6.8 kg] It is hard to believe that you can get a 3G teleprompter at this price point. We mounted this to our Grass Valley LDX86s with Fujinon glass, and it works great. We had a lot of doubts, but are incredibly happy with this purchase. 5

[1000 cd/m²] I have tried a lot of those promoters in the past and this one is finally working exactly as I expected. I suggest to use the app Power Prompter 2 which is so easy to use. Same as for prompter, I have tried many many solutions and this software is just the best. 5

[4:3] We love this new ikan teleprompter, the design is far ahead of the other teleprompters we have. Adjusting balance and mounting different cameras is far simpler and the SDI input is a huge plus! 5
