Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this bag fit a Nikon D850 with 85mm mounted?

A: Yes.

Q: 2. Will this bag fit my Canon 7D with 100-400mm L IS II lens attached without hood vertically?

A: not vertically. i believe it would fit horizontally though. All the best,Eric

Q: 3. Do I need the full insert to fit a Hasselblad 907x with hand grip, extra 30mm lens and a Leica M10 with lens?

A: Unfortunately, it seems the Hadley One Full insert is no longer available. While the included insert may work with one of your cameras, I do not believe it will work with both. If you are looking for another alternative, while it would be slightly large for your gear, the Billingham Hadley Small Insert (Olive), B&H # BIISH, should work for your usage needs.

Q: 4. Would a Sony RX1Rii and an 8-inch high water bottle fit in this bag?

A: The camera will fit but not the water bottle.

Q: 5. Will this fit the Nikon Z8 and the 24-120Z?

A: Yes, the Billingham Digital Hadley Bag (Khaki with Tan Leather Trim) will fit your Nikon Z8 Mirrorless Camera with 24-120mm f/4 Lens attached.

Q: 6. Will this bag fit my Canon 1DX Mark II with 70-200 lens attached without hood vertically?

A: It is not wide enough to accommodate the width of the 1DX II.

Q: 7. Does this come with two inserts?

A: only 1 insert comes with the hadley one.

Q: 8. Does the Billingham waist strap (belt) attach to this Hadley bag?

A: I don't believe so. It's a fine little shoulder bag that I use for a Sony A7R when I outfit it with a Sumicron lens. So if you're considering the bag for a mirror less camera it's a winner. Quality is bulletproof.

Q: 9. Does the Billingham Hadley One bag come with a full size insert (as the one on Hadley Pro or Eventer) or it comes with the half-size insert?

A: I have the full size insert and it's a perfect fit.

Q: 10. Will this bag hold a Canon EOS 6DII with a Canon EF 24-70 f/2.8 L II attached, plus a Canon EF 17-40 f/4L, Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS II and Canon Extender EF 2x and a 13 inch notebook?

A: Since we cannot test fit your kit, we can only offer an opinion. That opinion would be that yes, we think you can get all that in this bag. I am thinking the extender will need to be a bag so it can ride in the same compartment as the 17-40mm f/4L. Other than that, enjoy being practical and stylish at the same time.

[2.5 lb] Sturdy and well constructed bag. Holds my Nikon T3i with a zoom, a fixed lens, Black Rapid strap and external flash. Also compartments for extras like booklets, chargers and lens cap, etc. Not the largest bag, but a very nice size for outings. I also like the fact that it will be suitable to carry other things, should I only need my camera and one lens. Practical and stylish.

[4] I use this bag for carrying a Leica M8.2 and a set of 5-6 lenses with accessories. It is waterproof and extremely well made with fine attention to design and detail. It is very well thought out for access and weather and dust resistance and is well padded for safe carry of photographic equipment. I wish it came with a shoulder pad but it does not. All in all a great product.

[4] So when I found out that Kai from DigitalRev uses a Billingham bag (Hadley Large) I looked it up & I was like how much do they sell for?$$$ But after debating on getting one or not I decieded to get it and try it out. I used it this weekend on a trip to Disneyland and I can fit my Canon 60D, 18-135mm, 50mm f/1.4, 28-55mm, cleaning cloth, extra memory card, lens filter, car keyes, my cell phone plus room for more. Everthing fits perfectly & doesnt feel or look like im carrying a Camera plus extras. It also rained during the day & it held up great. My wife loves that it looks great on me so that a plus too.

[2.5 lb] The price had scared me off for the longest time and over that time I had purchased numerous bags that mostly failed to satisfy my requirements for room, protection and looks. I had big bags, small bags, thin bags and thick bags but for one reason or another they just didn't do the job. Finally decided to bite the bullet and spend the big bucks for the Hadley. The size is perfect for a complete m4/3 system. I have an Olympus body along with 5 lenses, numerous filters, batteries and other odds and ends. The bag is very comfortable to carry due to its fine fabric and relatively narrow aspect ratio. The only thing I might add would be a pad for the strap.

[Flap, Zipper] You get what you pay for with this bag. I use it as my day-to-day man purse (that's right!) for keeping my SLR with me. It looks good enough to carry into professional situations, and carries everything I need in this role. I also have taken it backpacking and hiking in absolutely terrible weather (several hours in pouring rain) and it has held up great. While carrying this backpacking I threw this over my shoulder and attached it to my pack with a light compression strap and it was totally out of the way, but accessible, while keeping my gear protected and dry. Perfect. I find I can carry my Canon T1i with 10-22mm lens attached, 35mm and 60mm primes to one side (stacked with a divider between them) and a flash or fourth longer lens very comfortably. The front pockets carry all I need for the kind of shooting I do - a couple spare batteries, a small filter wallet, a couple CF cards. The only issue I have is dealing with the big 10-22 hood, which I end up cramming into the laptop/ipad slot (works fine) or a front pocket if I haven't stuffed too much in there. I recommend the shoulder pad. It's a very comfortable bag to carry due to its low profile and firm body, but the shoulder pad helps distribute weight a bit better. The leather straps are very easy to manipulate. There's no issue getting in and out of the bag quickly.
