The included base station is where you dock and recharge your Engage 75 Convertible headset, as well as take control of it, thanks to the built-in touchscreen. The touchscreen gives you the ability to operate call controls, such as answering or ending a call, showing connected devices, and monitoring battery life.

An on-screen menu helps you get setup and operational with step-by-step instructions on connecting the Engage 75 headset to your computer, mobile device, or desk phone. If you happen to switch to a different location, you can pair your headset with any other Engage 65 or 75 model Mono/Stereo base station.

The Convertible Engage 75 gets its name from the fact that it can convert into three different styles of headset. With the included neckband, headband, and two sizes of earhooks, you can transform the Engage 75 into the style that you're most comfortable with.

Keeping sensitive information from prying eyes and ears is important in this digital age, which is why Jabra has implemented 256-bit AES encryption and 128-bit authentication to the wireless calls conducted through the Engage 75 headset. It gives you a line of defense that goes beyond that of the DECT Security Level C standards.

When wearing a headset all day, the varying volumes of different calls can wear you down as the day goes on. The Engage 75 features constant sound levels to help solve that problem. Set the input level you're most comfortable with, and the Engage 75 headset will use speaker software to separate noise from speech, adjusting all incoming calls to your specified sound level.

Jabra has constructed the Engage 75 headset to work in a busy office with multiple people using the same technology. In fact, the Engage 75 headset has the ability to operate in an area with up to 130 simultaneous Engage 75 users, when using a narrowband frequency. If using a wideband frequency, you can operate up to 80 headsets.

Convenient controls are also built into the headset itself. With the Engage 75 Convertible headset, controls are built into the earpiece for answering/ending calls, muting calls, and adjusting call volume.

A red LED light will illuminate when you are on an active call. This has the benefit of visually signaling to those around you that you are actively in a conversation and should not be disturbed.

The Engage 75 Convertible headset can connect to a computer, desk phone, analog phone, and 2 Bluetooth devices simultaneously, giving you the ability to quickly be available for calls no matter which device they come in on.

[Closed-Back] I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone.

[7.5 x 6 x 4"] The Jabra 925 works great with my Shoretel phone and my iPhone. It even starts Siri when I press the mobile phone button. I used the software to program the headset to automatically connect to my Desktop phone when I remove the headset from the stand. Great programming options!

[Closed-Back] My old Jabra Pro 9465 finally died; this was the replacement, and I'm very happy with it. Being able to connect to my deskphone (the old GN-100 handset lifter still works), my PC via USB, my Mac and my phone via Bluetooth is a great improvement, and it's easier to reseat in the base than the old one was too.

[Yes] For 2 years, I have been using the Jabra Evolve 65 headset that pairs to a PC via bluetooth adapter. While the audio quality is excellent with the Evolve 65, when speaking on my corporate VoIP UC application, my range was limited to bluetooth ranges. The audio quality drops off sharply within 20 feet, and does not penetrate my household walls, doors, glass windows, etc. I could not comfortably walk into the kitchen or restrooms with the bluetooth transmission ranges.

When I purchased this new headset, all of my range limitations went away! The DECT wireless allows me to go anywhere in my house, or even outside to the mailbox without interrupting the audio quality of my work. I work from home full-time, and the Engage 75 is the first headset that keeps me working and audible anywhere I wander around my home.
