The Wooden Camera Air EVF Arm for Sony Venice DVF-EL200is a lightweight extension arm that mounts on Wooden Camera's AIR EVF Mount and also on the Sony viewfinder mount. The extension is 10.5" long and features 4" of additional extension, which makes it well suited for shooting when your camera is mounted on a tripod.

The extension slides securely into the Wooden Camera Air EVF mount or the original Sony EVF Mount. Then slide your EVF into the end of the extension. A built-in friction knuckle enables adjusting the angle of the EVF without having to loosen and tighten a thumbscrew. The arm also features an eyepiece leveler attachment point compatible with ARRI or other third-party eyepiece leveler rods. There are no tools required to install, operate, or remove the extension arm.

[7.13 oz / 202 g] I used this to mount my C200 screen on my smallrig top plate. Other than acting as a monitor mount, my C200 top handle was only really being used to pull the camera out of my case and onto the tripod. Using this mount allowed me to remove the top handle and still have a solid monitor mount but with a smaller C200. 5

[0.485 lb] I was pleasantly surprised to find that the EVF Cable Protector was so flush with the WC Top Plate and added virtually no height, which I found frustrating to the overall form factor of the camera with the competing Arri Top Plate that the camera shipped with. While I haven't been incredibly happy with the quality control from previous WC purchases, I've found the F5's WC accessories to be some of the best and most durable available for slimming down what can become an extremely cumbersome setup. 5

[7.13 oz / 202 g] I am using this without a top plate, which apparently you can use with or without. It fits perfect, is not excessive in size, and perfectly protects the cable without making it harder to remove! 5

[7.13 oz / 202 g] Not much to say. I wanted to use the BSA-1 shoulder pad with the Sony F55, and it works! BH was unable to verify compatibility, so I reached out to Arri directly, and they were able to confirm compatibility. I've since purchased a BPA-5 and a BPS-2 for mounting the camera on a dovetail. If you're using an F55 in 2024, you're using Arri PCA, and you want to modernize your support hardware, this is an outstanding solution. For those who are wondering, this part (as well as the Arri f55 baseplate) are compatible with the Burano as well. 5
