[2.9 lb] I design jewelry and take all of my own product photos. I had a shooting tent and was using painting lights from the hardware store for lighting, since I had those in the house already. The current shooting tent was very annoying because I kept getting shadows from all of the zippers for all of the various openings that it had. So, I was looking for a new tent, not necessarily a whole set up. When I saw the price of this one I thought it would be nice to have a more compact set of lights. I received it and this set up is the best and the lights are awesome as well. The picture I attached was taken using the auto white balance on my camera and it is absolutely true to life. The little table makes video shooting easier. I don't know how long it has been around, but I wish I would have bought it years ago. I definitely recommend this product.

[10' / 3 m] I have built models and published articles and reviews about them for decades. For years I used Arri hot lights with a diffuser for photography (all from B&H) and a pair of high intensity desk lamps for construction. Recently I decided to find photo lights to replace both. Not only is the little ALZO LED lights' brightness perfect for my purposes but so is the color temperature. The little ALZOs have exceeded my expectations.

The thin wall aluminum stands and lamps themselves are lightweight and time will reveal their durability. The ball and socket connection between the stand and lamp seems unable fully to tighten down but does hold the light exactly where I want it and neither has come loose. The diffuse light the lamps emit allows leeway in placement so I rarely find it necessary to reposition the lamps.

The ALZO lights are not heavy duty studio lamps you can manhandle but certainly are less delicate than many things you are likely to photograph with them. The price for the pair is about half of what it would cost to replace only one of my former desk lamps. Overall I consider the ALZO 2-light kit an outstanding product.

[On Power Cord] I decided to pull the trigger on this light because the price was so low for the output. I had nothing to lose since I'm used to paying three or four times for a tungsten fresnel equivalent that this was almost disposable. I have been in the business for 20+ years and hated LED lights when they came out several years ago because the color was so bad. Not so anymore. Slowly replacing all my tungsten and HMI with LED. Glad to see these lights getting so good while being so affordable. I love this light so much I did a video review about it:

Add B&H customer service and it is a no brainer. Is it perfect? Of course not. But for the price it is a great light. I will be buying more.

[>90] This setup took about 5-10 mins to unpack and fully assemble. The set is easy to use and produces a nice result when shooting products or other items. My only complaint is that the box itself is really hard to get folded back up to fit into the bag it comes with.

[1800] I do a lot of product photography of highly detailed scale model trains, and these lights are fantastic at highlighting all of the bits and pieces and eliminating shadows. The adjustability works great and the bases are heavy and stable.

[20 W] This is a great inexpensive kit to get started in tabletop photography

[5500K] This setup allows me to photograph small artworks indoors at any time of day--a life changer. It provides reasonably even light. I end up with some gradient, but it's almost always a big improvement over sunlight through windows. I've had it for over a year now, and although I leave the lamps set at an angle and move the stands around a lot, the ball clamps are holding up fine. They do require frequent re-angling and tightening, but they are more than adequate for the modest price. I love how lightweight and steady the stands are, and the way the hinged feet can be positioned easily at different angles, and also that the necks can be easily and securely adjusted up and down.

[10' / 3 m] These are a little flimsy, but they are working well so far. Light output and color temperature are both excellent.

[5500K] I have built a 30 by 30 by 30 light box for our product photography,
these lights are perfect for what we need to do! Lightweight, portable and the correct amount of luminescence through the white sheer curtains we use.

[10' / 3 m] This kit is a very nice setup for a very nice price. It works well for my purposes. Highly recommend!
