A: Our shipping department packs the items we carry with the utmost care to prevent items from being damaged during transit. However, there may be unforeseen events that may cause an item to inadvertently become damaged during transit, or a defective item may be shipped to us from the manufacturer (as we do not open new items from manufacturers to ensure the items are received in the same condition as received from the manufacturer, we cannot check for defective items prior to shipment). A: Currently we do not stock any Promatser products. So we can not try it out. However it really appears the bulbs will work just fine in your fixture.

A: Hi Samuel, unfortunately, we can't guarantee that they will work with a conventional dimmer. Our experience is that if they work, dimming is not consistent as the conventional dimming circuits are designed for low-impedance lights that use Tungsten/incandescent bulbs. What works for some people is to use one Tungsten bulb on a circuit, combined with LED bulbs. The best solution for dimmable LED bulbs is to install a new dimmer switch designed for LED bulbs.
