A: Both tubes are removable. One is secured with a t-handle and the other is secured with a set screw. This is designed to allow for the frames to be stored easily and half built, also so the t-handles don't interfere with one another.

[5.25 lb] This Matthews Hollywood Baby Offset Arm is an essential piece of grip and worth every penny. It can be used as a convenient alternative to using a boom arm especially when you have limited space. I use it when I want to quickly have a light over my subject at a Paramount/butterfly lighting position but don't want the stand in my line of sight. The huge advantage of using this particular product is that it has a telescopic arm that extends from 18 to 25. It weighs a feathery 3.5 lbs and is rock solid. I suggest pairing it with a baby roller stand with a sandbag for safety. 5

[5.25 lb] I work in a pretty small market so most of the gear I have on set with me is whatever I can fit in the back of my SUV. My old, cheap, glow 8x8 butterfly frame, while compact, was falling apart (after very little use tbh) so I wanted to get something that would last forever. This corner set fits the bill and gives me the flexibility to make my frame whatever size I need, as long as I have the square tubing required. It keeps your frame kit well-contained (as long as you have the space) and takes no time to set up. 5

[5.25 lb] Perfect for when you want to get the light closer in and away from the stand but don’t want to resort to booming. Rock solid like all Matthews grip. At first I was skeptical about the double pin, but it really comes in handy in getting a 6 foot strip box low to the ground on the Hollywood baby Jr stand when the light is hung on the bottom pin. 5
