[3.39 oz / 96 g] I've used a lot of more expensive rigs, but for the price, this one gets the job done and gives me plenty of flexibility. Set it up with my BMPCC 6K Prod and used the mount on the shoulder for my v-Mount battery. Gave it a nice balance.

[Aluminum Alloy] I just bought it and I've only used it for 3 shootings and I already love it. You immediately feel the difference between recording with your naked camera and with the cage on. The camera becomes more heavy and stable. You can shoot at low angles without any problem thanks to the top handle. It is very versatile. Everything can be reconfigured to use it on the opposite side, except the wooden handle, of course, because it is designed to fit the right hand, although you could get used to using it backwards and grabbing it with the left hand to take advantage of both the camera grip and the one from the cage (which is what I did). You can also make your own DIY wooden handle and replace it. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This requires a tripod that is known for its stability and a professional video head equal to the Manfrotto MVH500AH or its equivalent, or even better. Regardless when used in studio or field environments, this frame is actually capable of mounting more than one camera and still offers plenty of space available for adding several accessories commonly used for photography.....
The overall adjustment possibilities are quite extensive with height ranging from 6 to 9 inches. Height can still be extended even more simply by replacing the standard 15mm rods that slide inside the handles with a set of rods up to 18, also readily available from B&H Photo.....
Standard width is 10.5 but does not necessarily exclude using a wider camera because of the added forward and rearward adjustment of the base. The base is provided with a Manfrotto 501 style quick release plate and can be raised or lowered using the adjustable slide screw located between the rods. The base can also be moved sideways for centering between the two outer handles. A top plate is also provided with an adjustable cold shoe insert that can provide a very solid anchor for the camera when fastened to the hot shoe receptacle.....
Industry standards allow for using components from the various brands to mix & match with this unit for even more protection and versatility. There are several component bundles that can be added to the C1772 for better handling and offer even better protection for the lens or LCD screen. Using a few low cost add-ons, my camera now has an immense amount of protection in case of tripod tip over so the impact will be absorbed by the frame and will not impact the camera directly. For risky instances I'm also not beyond using bubble wrap or foam padding, but still need protection from rain or (heaven forbid) being dunked in the pond.

[0.23 lb] This cage is really nice. It is highly configurable, solidly made and at a great price. What more can I say other than perfect for our needs.
