[Cloth] Using this was very easy - Just slide it onto your existing Spyder belt. I also use the backpack kit which works the same way, but attaches to a backpack strap. 5

[0.7 lb] I purchased the entire holster ensemble to carry my Canon 70D I use at work. This performed better than expected. I was able to walk, kneel, do whatever my job called for and never worried about the camera. The locking mechanism is solid! Oh, I was wearing it for over three hours one day and five hours another day. So glad I didn't have that heavy camera hanging around my neck. 5

[Cloth] I have been a big fan of the Spider Pro system for a while. I have used Spider Pro plates on my smaller cameras like Nikon D750 and D850. However, with my Nikon D5, I found that having the plate on was uncomfortable for hand-holding, so instead I would just use it without. This clamp allows me to use my D5 with a Spider Pro clip when I want, and to remove it for more comfortable hand holding when I don.t It's also nice when you have the spider lens plate on a lens like a 70-200mm 2.8, as you don't need one on the body as well. I am happy to say that this never seems to loosen. I have checked tightness on this several times while using, and it's never budged. 5

[Black] I've been a fan of the Spider Holster system for 3 years. It's not like I've tried every system out there for parking your camera on your hip, but I did my due diligence back then and realized that Spider had designed and engineered a stable, reliable plate and belt. Both are made from solid materials, and the plate holds the tightening wrench in a smart, convenient way. It may sound silly but this is the one thing is that sold me most on Spider. The solid plate and convenient wrench. The new plate design seems to be well thought out. 5
