[2.6 mm] These are great binoculars for me to see the birds at the bird feeders at my home. I had a small pair similar to these that broke when they were accidentally dropped on the floor. These new ones work great. I'm very happy I purchased them. 5

[Roof] Mounted on my Vesta is a 2-pound lens and my Konica SLR. The lens has no tripod collar, so the assemble is cantilevered off the ball head. It doesnt budge after I tighten the screw. The feet have small rubber cushions, so I will be able to use this on the hood of my car without scratching the paint. 5

[10 mm] Purchased this binoculars to use at live performances. It is compact, has good magnification, and the instructions to adjust the focus are easy to follow. I was able to see Gil Shaham in close-up at a superb recital. 5

[0.595 lb] I was between 10x and 8x on a budget set of binoculars. I had a set of 10x25mm that were in a similar price range, but the smaller magnification had a clearer image because the lower mag is easier to focus with. The compact size makes this easy to take around the city, to games, and on hikes. Great little carrying case and strap. The lenses are high quality. I spent about 45 minutes in the store trying 5 different binoculars, and settled on these for the value--the lenses are so clear and the whole case seems very sturdy compared to others that I tried. 5

[-4 to +4] I wanted a reasonably compact spotting scope for using at the range. This thing works great for that purpose. It has a quality bag to haul it back and forth and protect it when not in use. The image quality is clear and the construction of the unit seems robust. No complaints at all. 5
