[Black] I have to admit - I took a leap without really looking. I saw an amazing sale on this item, and snapped it up. I had been looking to replace my old and outdated (and fairly useless) gimbal. Only after I made my purchase did I start reading some really harsh reviews. But so far, my experience with this gimbal has been great. Not sure of the reasons for all the haters! The build and quality are very nice. And there are more features that I can possible take advantage of initially. So far - very happy with my purchase.

[3.33 lb] Recommended purchase in terms of quality/price ratio, with very good construction materials, feels solid, sturdy, and of very good quality. Excellent finishes. Both in my case and in that of a colleague who bought it the same day as me, we did not experience any problems with the batteries as mentioned in previous reviews. Although the touch screen is not like an iPhone's, it fulfills its function; it's just a matter of learning and getting used to using it. The connection with my Sony a7IV was instantaneous, everything is very intuitive, just like the connection with the app. I had the previous model, and it always felt at the limit with weight, but with this new model, everything feels smoother, and you can tell it has extra power.

[Black] This huge frame fits nicely into my compact car for all sorts of shoots. The lack of nobs and the easy folding was the selling point for me. It makes it much easier to keep track of everything and to have it neatly stored away. I've used this on several outdoor shoots and it is very steady in the wind. I recommend a third attachment point to the ground if its really blowing, but I'd say that with any 8by frame.

[Handle] The gimbal is very nice. It has powerful engines. I also liked that it can be disassembled and used with a tripod or monopod.
The only downside is that it is very heavy. It weighs 4kg/8.8lb with its box and it's a pity that it doesn't have a motor for manual focus.

[Zipper] The Manfrotto MVG300XM is a perfect addition to a jib arm. The ability to remotely control the gimbal at the sale price is fantastic! At under 4 pounds, its operation, whether by remote or as a hand-held gimbal, is smooth, balanced, and works very well—as expected. It is nicely packaged in its case and comes with everything needed. The downloadable manual covers balancing in reasonable detail, with YouTube videos filling in any additional tweaks and information.
