The compression driver's phase plug design improves phase coherency at the throat of the horn, resulting in improved sound pressure linearity at high frequencies.

The Tractrix horn uses a circular horn throat paired to a square horn mouth to further improve high-frequency response and extension while enhancing imaging and dynamics. The compressed molded rubber construction adds high-frequency damping to reduce harshness, improve detail, and deliver clean, natural sound.

Cerametallic woofers are designed to combine high rigidity with a lightweight construction to ensure minimal cone breakup and distortion. They pair seamlessly with the Tractrix horn-loaded compression driver to deliver enhanced speaker efficiency.

Each of the RC-64 III speaker's four 6.5" woofers is equipped with a heavy-duty cast aluminum frame for resonant-free operation.

A: Most televisions output optical toslink. Only some of them have an 1/8'' headphone or aux output that would be directrly comaptible with the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 Speaker System. If your television only has toslink optical, you can use a digital to analog converter like BH #FID03K for compatibility with the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speaker system.

A: The Audioengine HD6 pair will blow away the JBL pair! The JBL Extreme's particular charms are that it is a portable bluetooth system, splash-proof, rugged and battery operated. [57 Hz to 24 kHz] We have a 7 channel speaker set up with rf 82II fronts and 2 subwoofers. We use the system primarily for movies on television. The system is powered by a relatively modest Yamaha RX V671. My wife is hard of hearing so we wanted to see if upgrading from a center rc52 would help understanding of dialog. It definitely helps. It is also excellent with music and when the speakers are balance it has a strong, clear presence without overwhelming the other speakers. In addition, my amplifier has no problem driving all the speakers. It is not cheap, but it is well worth it for me. 5

[55 lb / 25 kg] I recently purchased this center channel With the upgraded Tweeter To replace my already excellent RC 64. The RC 64 III Is an improvement in every way over the RC 64. In home theater The center shell is the most important speaker in your set up the dialogue is excellent and very clear and precise. I would highly recommend this center to anyone serious about home theater. 5
