[0.965 lb] In general the really good items in photography come at a high price, but this battery grip is very well made and represents exceptional value for the money. This battery grip provides greater stability for handheld shooting verticals as well as extended battery time. And, quite frankly the construction of this grip is certainly on a par with those more much more expensive models provided by Canon, Nikon, Sony etc

[0.965 lb] I recently recieved this over the winter holidays. I have recently started photography, after the pandemic began in March. I’ve found that this camera is great for me, as it has many great features!

[0.965 lb] I used to worry heavily about my remaining shoot time with each card, worried I would have to have change batteries and miss a shot.


The instructions were very specific on how to add the batteries and making sure they are removed each time (I have had previous batteries leak, so I do not want to risk it with these).


The battery level still displays on the device.


There is a shutter button which works while connecting the included cable and the cable is short enough to be subtle.


Overall, it made my camera feel like an entirely different device and does what it says it does.

But I wasn't able to do a lot of stuff I used to with my old Canon F-1. So I bought a Sony A6000 with a variety of lens. I've used it for a few years but find it as user friendly as a bad headache! So I decided (finally) to go back to Canon and purchased this kit.


So far so good. I've found it has the intuitiveness the Sony lacked - for me at least. I'm not a professional photographer and have no intention of becoming one. But at least now I can play with depth of field and low light shots before they're missed.


Eventually, if all continues going well, I will invest in some faster lens and maybe a good primary. But for now I'm excited to get out and use it.

[Leather] Having a battery grip fits my hand better than a camera without the grip. Since Canon doesn't offer a battery grip for my 77D, I decided get the Vello. It works fine. It's a nice addition to my camera bag.
