Bebob batteries are designed strong, reliable, and versatile. The bebob A150 14.4V 147Wh Gold Mount Li-Ion Batteryis built to withstand falls from 4.9', yet, if it cracks for some other reason, any mechanical component is replaceable by Bebob thanks to the modular design. Similarly, when the battery capacity weakens after years of use, the batteries can be re-celled at a discount by Bebob. To help decide when to re-cell, a status alarm is built into the battery that triggers a yellow LED indicator when the capacity drops below 80% over time and a red LED when below 60%.

Another flexible aspect is the twist D-Tap. Normally you're limited to connecting a D-Tap cable only one way, the way it fits. But the A150's twist D-Tap features three pins, a positive ground pin in the center and a negative one on each side of the positive. You can plug in your cable one way or flip it around and connect it the other way. The A150 also provides a USB port for charging your mobile devices on location.

The A150 features lithium-ion trimix cells made in Japan and offers a max draw of 10A and a capacity of 147Wh. It has a 5-step LED fuel gauge and is compatible with Bebob and Anton Bauer chargers. Charging time is approximately 3 hours when using Bebob VS2/VS4 chargers.

[2.5 A (D-Tap)] Seriously, this seems comedically small though. I brought it on set with big-boy AB Titon 150 batteries and my AC thought it was 45 or 90 battery. This has been great to travel with, but know that you may get some initial weird looks…until the industry converts to these mini batteries. 5

[Lithium-Ion] There are many battery companies on the market, as there are many companies for pretty much every product right now, so it sometimes can be hard to sort though them all. When I had seen the Bebob Micros in person at a dealer in Burbank, I had a feeling that it would be the one I would eventually purchase. The size is desired, the output is desired, and Bebob is a renowned company, even help make battery plates for the new Alexa Mini LF. So far, I have been absolutely in love with these batteries. As already mentioned the specs on them were fantastic, but after using them in the field with my BMPCC 6K and a Small HD 503 and to see how long it has lasted has been everything I could have hoped for. I haven't gotten an exact time for how long that set up works. But it definitely has to be a few hours, without turning it off and constantly filming. Also the usb and two side P-Tap. are really nice to have on the battery and really should be standard at this point. I know the price might turn some people off, since it is on the higher range of all the batteries, but in terms of batteries I have tried I'd say it is in the top tier of those companies. I guess time will definitely tell about the longevity of the batteries. 5

[14.4 VDC] This is the lightest and slimmest gold mount battery out. It's allows me to perfectly balance a Red KOMODO on a Ronin RS2. Other size batteries tend to hit one of the arms. Also the reversible dtap is helpful 5

[10 A] Provides solid power like any high end battery but it is so light and small. I wish the picture for it included something for scale. The unboxing experience was full of weird feelings because this thing is so tiny. TSA also likes it more. My other batteries show up as solid black cubes in the x-ray but this one doesn't and so it reduced the amount of times I am pulled aside when flying. If you travel a lot that is a bonus. 5
