The Radial Catapult Mini RX 4-Channel Cat 5 Audio Snakefrom Radial Catapult Mini RX 4-Channel Cat 5 Audio Snakeacts as a 4-channel audio snake. It features an RJ45 input, which receives four channels of analog audio over Cat 5/6 Ethernet cables. Four male XLR outputs on cable tails allow you to plug directly into inputs of a mixer or recording interface. A: This receiver wouldn't be to connect to a powered soundbar, as it doesn't have any audio outs that would send sound to the soundbar.

[140 dB] I used a pair of Catapult (TX + RX) to replace some long RCA cables. Not only does the flat CAT5 cable take up less space under the carpet, but now there is less hum and buzz because the balanced outputs can be used. 5

[35 dBu] We used 2 of these boxes, with Whirlwind sheilded Cat6a cable and couplings. Ran 300 feet between the 2. Had no issues. Clean sound. We also ran 1 channel of 3-pin DMX with audio running on the other 3 channels. No problems! We love these. 5

Camera department didn’t mind it living on their cart since it’s so small, and the transmitter end fits in mixer bag nicely. It’s robust, small, noiseless, and perfectly fit the bill for my application. 5
