A: Unfortunately the entire belt is not Velcro. Each belt comes with 4" (10.16cm) hook-and-loop closures and is available in fitted sizes that stretch up to 4 additional inches to provide a comfortable, secure fit. This set can cover most cast sizes for professional productions. The package includes 3 extra small, 5 small, 5 medium, 4 large, and 3 extra large belts. With the variety of sizes I don't think you would need to cut the belt.
