Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this work to use a SHURE headset wireless mic in a hardwired situation? I have the wireless headset but don't want to use the wireless rig. I want to plug it directly into my mixer.

A: Per the EV included paperwork - "TXA will not function with other manufacturers TAF4 terminated microphones." I can definitely say that it is not working with my Shure WL185 lavalier mic with or without phantom power, and no amount of gain seems to get anything coming through it. This would have been good to know prior to ordering it.

Q: 2. Hoping to use this with a crown condenser headset mic. Will phantom power (48v) pass through this adapter?

A: Used it for a similar application and had no issues sending phantom power.

Q: 3. Is this compatible with the Canon DR-E6C DC Coupler for EOS R5 C?

A: The SmallRig Power Bank Adapter would not work with the Canon DR-E6C DC Coupler for EOS R5 C because the Canon DR-E6C DC Coupler for EOS R5 C has a female end opposite the dummy battery, and the SmallRig Power Bank Adapter also has a female input, so they would not be able to connect. Also the SmallRig Power Bank Adapter outputs 7.4 VDC and the R5C runs on 9 VDC at 3 A, so it may be underpowered even with the correct cable.

Q: 4. Can the prongs on this Power adapter slide of to then slide on an Apple accessory which can then extend the length?

A: Yes, you can use the Apple Extension Cable (B&H # APMK122LLA) with the 96W USB-C Power Adapter to extend the length.

Q: 5. Does this connects to a battery by its own? or it needs another accessory? I don't see any plug in the battery. Thanks

A: The DJI TB50 AC Power Adapter would need to be used with either the TB50 Battery Charging Hub here: https://bhpho.to/3XcyL9B or the TB50 Charging Adapter in order to charge a TB50 Intelligent Battery.

Q: 6. Can this be used with the Apple World Travel Power Adapter Plug Kit to charge an iPad Air?

A: Yes, you can use the Apple World Travel Power Adapter Plug Kit (BH #APWTA) to adapt the outlet type of the Apple 12W USB Power Adapter to which ever plug type you may need while traveling. This combination will enable you to charge your iPad Air in many places around the world.

Q: 7. Does the EKX-18SP come with casters (wheels)?

A: The Electro-Voice EKX-18SP does not come with casters.

Q: 8. Is this power adapter compatible with Dell Precision 5570 Laptop ?

A: The Dell 130W Slim Power Adapter, B&H # DE3321829, is not compatible with the Dell Precision 5570.

Q: 9. Is it gonna work with Godox GM55 monitor?

A: No, the Godox TL60 AC Power Adapter does not work on the Godox GM55 5.5" 4K HDMI Touchscreen On-Camera Monitor. These are options that will work, https://bhpho.to/398kXD4 https://bhpho.to/393SwWT

Q: 10. Does this include the USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable as well?

A: This Apple 67W USB Type-C Power Adapter is the wall plug only. The MagSafe to USB-C cable can be found here: https://bhpho.to/3xdr5px

[0.7 lb] well, I have dozens of pedals, but this one still amazes me from the first day I bought it. spectacular slow down feature, selectable waveforms, 16-step sequencer, envelope, presets, tap tempo (along with tap-in port), expression support, tons of subdivisions... well, it just does everything, in STEREO, and still it's all analog. can be really as slow and as lighting-ring-mod-like fast as you want: the rate button works like a gear switch for precise adjustments. also, we all know EHX doesn't look good at times, but the visuals we got here are just awesome, sorts of retro spaceship with those leds on top (those don't only look nice, but also an important part of its UI). real candy to look at. there's only one con: the thing isn't small and won't fit small boards, but at least all the controls are visible, no hidden settings etc. Devs at EHX could make it smaller and even save some money on electronic parts, but it's big by design: both features and sounds wise.

[0.7 lb] The Electro Harmonix Platform Compressor is a fantastic stereo compressor pedal that works quite well. It runs on a standard 9-volt pedal power supply that it comes with. I used three of them for a live techno set I was doing. I had a Roland TR-8, Roland TB-3, and Novation Circuit all synced and running together. I had Platform Compressors on the stereo out of each piece of gear and they worked perfectly. They were very reliable but I did have a user error once which I will mention so you can avoid it. The Swell knob got bumped and my attack times began fading in completely throwing off the timing of the TB-3. I couldn't figure out what happened till after my set. So be careful to not hit this knob mid performance. To remedy this possibility, I used electrical tape to hold my knob settings in place after this incident and never had this issue again. The Platform Compressor is fantastic for the money and for the functionality. Stereo compression has never been more convenient with the Platform Compressor.

[0.7 lb] The EHX series of organ pedals are a breath of fresh air in an industry that seems content recycling the same basic stompbox designs. You can get a wide range of sounds that go from subtle organ texture to bizarre voicings. Having a dry signal out is fantastic for players like me (bass) who want to keep an uneffected signal to my bass rig. Meanwhile I can run the organ sounds into a separate amp and/or series of pedals and tweak to taste. I'm not sure I'll use it in a live setting much, but its a blast to record and play with.

[0.7 lb] Yes, this pedal is pretty cool! I particularly like the orchestra and choir voices, though the rest are interesting too. I got it, added it to my pedal board, and tried it out at a gig. Audience members were looking around trying to figure out where all the orchestral sounds were coming from. My bandmates thought it was hilarious that our scrappy garage band suddenly had this new big production sound.

[0.7 lb] I got this pedal to replace a rack unit with 2 gates on it. I shopped around and figured at the price, this was worth a shot. This little guy takes up minimal space and holds it's own against much higher priced pedals. Weather you use pedals or an amp with an fx loop this is my top pick for you.
