[Aluminum] This cap is well-machined and modest price. It fits thread-mount Leitz lenses with the 39mm × 26 tpi (threads per inch) mount and Soviet lenses with their 39 × 1 mm mount. I have not tried it on Japanese thread-mount lenses, but they are supposed to be identical to the Leitz lenses. 5
